Not a good experience under new ownership. They were out of every steak option EXCEPT sirloin. Jukebox was offline, so it was... eerily quiet. Waitress was overwhelmed and openly crying & threatened to walk out. It was their first day with the new menu andsystem & they were NOT prepared. Owners should have been not only visible to customers and staff, but they needed to be helpingtheir staff succeed. Read more
The new owners are really doing a great job making much needed changes. One of the changes was where they get their meats. We heard new owners took over, always being underwhelmed by food and service previously, decided to check it out under fresh... ownership. The food is better! The Ribeye was awesome as well as the chicken livers. We appreciate that you are supporting localbusinesses!! My boyfriend noticed the breading on the livers to be a bit different and loved it! For the first time ever, ourfood came correct!, Just in the wrong order, salads should always come out after apps. And sadly Samantha B was obviously in ahurry to get us out, dropping our check shortly after our food. No offer for dessert. Had to redrop check 2 times, due to ussimply wanting another round of drinks. Mind you, this is all before 8 p.m. on a Wednesday night. I am a seasoned server of 15+years. Take consideration for the small details in your restaurant, as they make a huge difference in business. Good luck to youand we will see you again.
