When they give you a 30 minute time limit, wait 45 minutes to pick it up. That has been my experience the handful of times I... have ordered here. I almost called it quits with this place when I ordered a roast beef sub and got one slice of meat with twoinches of lettuce but I gave it another chance as time passed. Last night (10/7/2022) will be the last time I order from theAttica location. My fiancé placed the order over the phone under my name. I go to pick it up thinking it was two pizza subs sheordered. I told them my name and the order. They wouldn?t give it to me because it was a sub and chicken fingers that sheordered even though it wasn?t paid for yet and it was under my name. They told me to go outside and call my fiancé to make surethe order was right. They asked if she called the Alden location. We live in Attica and have never called the Alden location onetime. She asked me this even though they had an order in my name in their system. This was after standing in line for 10+minutes. The girl at the counter acted as if they never actually made my food. Never again. They need to get a proper staff andlearn time tables or just run the Alden location and bring Subway back to Attica. I would give this zero stars if it were anoption. The Batavia location folding should have told me all I needed to know. That place was run like garbage too. I willnever order from anyone in Attica aside from Nino?s again. Nino?s has the best food and best prices around. Don?t evenacknowledge John and Mary?s as a viable option. Read more
I was excited to be dining here before I went in but after I highly regret it for the price I paid I expected at least something... good but it was very much not good I got burnt fries that tasted like year old oil and a soggy mess of a sub that had equally aburnt bun I stood waiting for service for 15 minutes cause the workers were just talking and running around zero managementleading or any type of direction it?s sad to say I won?t dine there again and I suggest there be some much needed training causethat was just a joke Read more
Got a pizza Hoagy. And what a surprise when it came in a box, and Hoagy was kept open. I suppose they do this so you could eat... it like a pizza or fold it and eat it like a Hoagy. Had sweet sauce and original pepperoni. Tasted awesome ???? Read more
I have to give them at the most 3 stars because I do order from them alot... but 70% of the time my order is messed up. For... instance, I ordered a taco salad and only received lettuce (no meat). Someone there who answers the phone is extremely rudeeverytime ????. I understand it gets busy but dont take it out on your customers. If you don't like your job, then find one youdo like. Customer service doesn't look good on miserable people. Update... ordered a double hamburger, received a doublecheeseburger. Read more
