Haven't been to a 99 in over a decade, and really only ordered from here because I had a gift card. That said, I would... definitely order again because of staff. What made my experience great was the person who took my order over the phone. Shehappened to be the manager and her name was Patricia. She was pleasant and funny over the phone, and when I arrived to pick upmy order, she was also fun to talk to and very nice. I arrived a little early, and my food wasn't ready just yet, and so I hadthe pleasure of chatting with her for some time. She is a very outgoing and happy person. For those who have allergies: my orderwas specific due to food allergies and she was accommodating, honest, and made ordering easy. Hostess was courteous and friendly we were seated within 15 minutes on a busy night. Waitress was excellent and checked in... periodically to make sure our food and experience was good. Food tasted great cooked perfect. Generous portions. I would cometo this 99 again. Read more
Nice place to eat but we had issues with the meal my sister in law ordered. Steak was not cooked properly and we sent it back.... They sent out another one same issue. They ended up not charging her for her meal. Waiter and manager were awesome. Read more
Second time I was here with my family, free popcorn for the table! Friendly wait staff, they had a very limited selection for... vegiterians, my parents loved the country fried food, while my brother loved his burger. Last time I had the black bean burgerwhich was good, this time I asked the waitress if the broccoli and cheddar soup and the French onion soup were vegiterianfriendly, she had to ask the chef and to my surprise when she said both were friendly, I hope that was true!!! Not a bad place, but not overly fantastic either. The burgers looked really good and my wife really enjoyed her southwest... fajita bowl, even if the seasoning on the chicken was pretty plain. My salad was okay, but would have appreciated more friedchicken and bacon on it and my pita bread was hard. Our waitress was super friendly. Read more

one of the most embarrassing experiences, I ordered a margarita the GIRL checked my ID for a while and then called the Manager,... The manager sounded like he was talking for the whole restaurant I would like to warn some restaurant employees that there arepeople from other countries in the United States. andasked if my ID was fake because it was only one year old. I blushed withembarrassment seeing that the people at the next table were looking at me. I would like to inform the restaurant staff thatonly American Citizens have a 5-year driver's license, holders of a Green card and F1 visa, and among others, they have aone-year Driver's license that must always be renewed. and it does not mean that I am illegal in the country or that mydocument is false. extremely disappointed in this restaurant thank you very much for this embarrassment in front of my wife.
