There were donuts available but after telling us the donuts were on the side none were offered for sale. The clerk fixed two of... our coffees but gave me mine and told me the Splenda was out front. We were unaware of the closing time and the girl told usthey had to close because they ran out of donuts. Not true because we saw the whole tray of donuts. Why not just say it wasclosing time? I visited this shop with friends around 8:00 pm. The donuts were being moved to clean the cases. The associate told us that but... never told us what kind was left. We could see the tray over to the side in back. She fixed two coffees then handed me mine andtold me the Splenda was out front. The coffee was good and hot. The tables were dirty. We were asked to leave at 8:55 becausethey were " out of donuts and had to close" we noticed on our way out that the hours on the door read close at 9:00. Why notjust say we are closing? I would like to start this by saying I love dunkin but after this experience it?s really left a bad taste in my mouth. I visited... this dunkin 9/2/2022 at 8:15pm and went through the drive through. After asking for a bacon egg and cheese, and a coffee I wasyelled at through the drive through by the women saying ?WE ONLY HAVE COFFEE AND DOUNTS, IF YOU DONT WANT THAT THAN LEAVE?.Shocked I said that I thought that this location closed at 9 and the lady told me that they were cleaning the machines. Icompletely understand cleaning the machines and closing up but it was 45mins before the posted closing time and I was literallyscreamed at for ordering. I then asked to speak the a manager about this experience and was told that a manager was not thereand when I asked for either a managers number or corporate I was bluntly told no. This is my favorite store. The employees are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They make the best iced signature mocha... latte anywhere. I highly recommend it. Read more
Slow service, was told drive thru comes first. Sorry I get out of my car I should be home first. Then had to replace my order 3... times to be given it cold, when stated it was to be toasted was told it was warmed good enough. Read more
Inside Store hours states they are open until 11pm. We went there at 10pm and the doors were locked. Both of the employees there... looked right at us, gave us nasty looks and said they were closed. I took a picture of the hours and went through the drive-thruto let them know that it's not legal to close their doors before the posted hours. Both of them gave me bad attitudes andrefused to let us in. They said that their manager made them close the doors early. No sign posted or anything. Unacceptable.Rude service. Poor experience. Everytime I go to this Dunkin the coffee is terrible, the ice coffee always tastes old & burnt never once does it taste good! I... stopped coming to this dunkin and like 6 months or more after stop coming here I took a chance and stopped for a coffee andstill the ice coffee tastes terrible.
