This place is beyond deplorable. I have no idea how they have a 4.2 rating. Twice they gave me the wrong thing after I asked if... they were sure it was right. Today I was literally given SOUR SKIM MILK in my late that I swallowed and got very sick from.Asked for them to make it right with good milk and it was wrong AGAIN. I just wanted a butter pecan late and they kept giving memocha. I should file a law suit against you!!! Read more

You would not believe the experience i have here! I order a medium iced caramel swirl with cream and sugar every time, and each... time i take a sip it?s like i?m trying a very new coffee for the first time! always keeping me on my toes .. :) very scrumptiousand would highly recommend , leaves you with a smile every time! Just like every Dunkin' donuts in the area if you go to the drive-thru it'll probably be wrong. If you have something that is... supposed to be hot it'll probably be cold. For example if you order a grilled cheese, the cheese will not be melted. The bagelminis will not be warm inside, etc. Just like the other Dunkin' donuts in the area if you alert them to this fact and they docorrect it, it'll only last for a few days before they stop cooking things completely again. I don't know if this is because theinstructions from corporate are wrong or if it's because they're in a hurry and are just removing things before they are done.
