My friend and myself have been going to Attleboro for several years. We love the food, the atmosphere, the staff. We have our... special waitress who we always ask for. She is great!!! Food was good service was terrible and they have cut diwn the menu. The booth was not properly cleaned. Waitress left the ice... cream menu for later at the edge of the table. Another waitress knocked it off the table and it fell into the boith and hit mygrandauggter. No appology or anything. She just watched as i got up and retreived the menu. Three wautresses sat at a back tablegabbing between waiting on customers. Seems you have too much staff and not a lot of service. Read more
I usually come here and the service is not the greatest however when I came on a Monday night the service was AWESOME, and so... was the food. They were very cautious about the covid guideline which made me feel safe. I think they are just understaffed somenight but our waiter Jessie did phenomenal. She definitely deserves a raise. This place used to be alright, however it's truly disappointing now. It took 10 minutes to have anyone come over to us, and... there was only 4 tables sat in the building. Denise, the woman who finally showed up, not only was unfriendly, but gave usattitude. We were late to work for picking up a to-go order, which should of only took 5 minutes, but ended up taking 25. Shealso refused to split our order on two credit cards, (which we have always done,) and split the items off separately, making onecard way more money than the other. The food was also cold, my eggs had a bunch of black stuff on them from the grill not beingclean, the pancakes at most had 3 M&Ms in them.... This was such an awful experience. I truly hope this place works on theircustomer service because I'm really appalled anyone still eats here with service like that. Read more
