Our experience at this IHOP, was very awful. Our server, Kevin C, did not come to us until about 10 minutes after. Even though... he went by us a few times, he did not at least acknowledge we were there. Finally he came by and we asked him a question, but hekept disregarding it. Saying no, instead of explaining the situation or even listening to us.Literally there's ad's everywherestating the $5 2x2x2, and he argued back that's between 3-9 with an attitude and the sass is in his voice. From there aftergetting our drinks he had the audacity to place the drinks aggressively, and said "it is $5, do you want it?" while rolling hiseyes. Not even apologizing for his own mistake, and speaking to a customer like that, is extremely rude. Throughout the diningexperience he rarely checked on us, and continued to disregard everything. Definitely was not professional or appropriate totreat anyone like that. Can't deal or tolerant with ignorant people, like him. Read more
Food was decent. The server was fine but she told us the appetizer sampler takes a really long time to make...after delivering... our main course. She really just forgot to put it in as it was on the bottom of the recipt and she asked if we still wanted it. Read more
The pancakes are alright but the French toast is really good! If you come on the weekends expect to wait a bit before getting... seated. The place looks clean and the staff are friendly, although I think it does feel understaffed. Read more
My husband and I are currently here. Walked in the door and hostess didn't acknowledge us. Sat there for 17 minutes being... completely ignored. Grabbed our own menus. Finally the sweetest waitress, who was serving a table of six and another tableacross the restaurant, she was the only one to apologize and help us immediately even though her shift was over. Kim is an amazing waitress and person and she made the whole IHOP experience worth it! We had a party of 6 with annoying special... picky orders and she didn't miss a beat. I got the country fried steak and it was pretty good. The pancakes that came with itwere delicious. Food came out quickly, we all left with full bellies. Thank you IHOP. Read more
Clean. Friendly staff from the moment we walked in. Our server Helena was great! She had a positive attitude, wonderful with... kids. They didn?t have French toast. Wish they?d had a sign at the door instead of waiting for people to sit and order it tofind out. Other than that the food was good, especially the mushroom & spinach omelette. Read more
Place is extremely clean, lots of room inside, plenty of parking. Food was great, although not really hot. Must have been... sitting in back for a little while. Got the breakfast burrito , really packed and quite tasty. Daughter got banana andstrawberry waffles. at 8:00 am they said they had no bananas . She said it was good. Read more
