When we arrived the restaurant wasn't busy but there was a wait. What at the bar ordered a drink and the bartender was waiting... seven tables plus the bar.We were seated and the service was o/k,The salad has changed. Sat down for dinner already had salt and pepper silverware and napkins and splendor. Plus,plus plus. Wife and I got 12oz... ribeyes medium,I got fries and salad she got mashed, Christopher got chopped sirloin and taters. Awesome meal,awesomeservice,incredible $$ 3 steak meals cooked as asked and tender. $75 I was unaware 3 adults could eat anywhere for that $$. Can'twait to go back. GREAT experience!! Devon, my waiter, took great care of me without being overly bothersome. Diligent and quick. Food came out... fast and hot. Steak was perfect, tried the steakhouse wings.. YUMMY!! We had a late lunch today and maybe hen we entered the building we were warmly welcomed by a waiter..got seated and again was... warmly greeted by another waiter..got our food and it was outstanding today..the seasoning was spot on...best experience in arestaurant in a while...loved it! Just had dinner here. While the food was great, service was ONE OF THE WORSE we?ve had. Server introduced herself and attempted... to take our drink order. I ordered a frozen Texas Margarita. She said she didn?t think they make them frozen but she could ask.No problem. She left. Came back and said they do. Great. She then asked if I wanted to upgrade to Patron for an extra $1. I saidsure. She left with the order. Came back AGAIN this time to say it was actually $3 extra not $1 and actually they don?t have thetequila they use anyway so it?s pay the $3 for the upgrade or not get it. She seemed annoyed. How do you think I felt?! Iaccepted all extra charges and just prayed to finally get a drink as my family was more than half way with theirs. ???? we hadto ask for bread instead of being offered it. The server never came back. NOT ONCE to even check if everything came out ok. Shedid ask the kids if they wanted more soda at one point as she quickly walked by. No full stop and did not ask us adults ???? forall she knew I could?ve ordered another $9 margarita! I didn?t feel like chasing her to spend my $ for it though. The place islosing $ with servers like this. My husband asked her for the check and a box as she walked by as well. I?ve experienced serverswho over due the check-ins but never had I experienced a server not checking in after the food was served at least once. Ordered a couple steaks came out exceptionally well, The seasoned rice pilaf was amazing ... And the sweet potato with brown... sugar and butter was really good ... 2 entrée and 5 sides came out to 60+ ... not bad for some good steaks ... service wasfriendly and prompt ... would recommend and be back soon...
