I ordered a Signature chicken sandwich you pick 2 meal with a cup of soup...which is about 18 without a drink. The cashier... failed to I form me that they were out of the 2 main ingredients of the sandwich. Good thing , i thought, I asked for myreceipt and saw that it said no this and no that. I asked the girl if the ingredients were coming in the sandiech she said nobecause we are out of them. I said you should have told me as thar was the main reason I picked that sandwich. She looked aggravated d with me. A manager or something was standing there and refunded me, I picked another sandwich and she put my moneyback towards the second sandwich. I take my food to go. I come home and I got the original sandwich I picked, with a only achicken patty and garlic aioli. They gave me the wrong sandwich and I paid 18 for a chicken patty sandwich with fancy mayo. The lack of customer service and employer communication is seriously lacking. Read more
Good place for brunch but expensive, granted bread is fresh baked so I don't go there often. Nice for a splurge treat!!

Very disappointing. Many of the kiosks did not fully function to they're full capacity. Yet, there was no indication that they... were out of service. After the first one didn't work, I approached the desk and was informed of their status. And then I triedanother, it didn't work. When I went back I was told that one didn't work either. "but I can't help you with it at theregister." So the 3rd time was the charm. The dining room was very dirty and unkempt. Every available table was covered incrumbs, grease, or trash. The carpets clearly have not been vacuumed in some time based on the debris on the floor. The foodwas as expected. Too bad ???? Read more
food was good. but absolutely disgusting environment. there are gnats and fruit flies EVERYWHERE, in the bathroom, in the... kitchen, in the dining area, around the trash. this is because of poor cleaning. it?s not hard to take out the trash every nightor at least once a day. i work in a restaurant where cleaning is done every night. all trashes are taken out every single night.also this place?s chairs and tables are dirty, every single one is dirty, hasn?t been cleaned. also they aren?t busy, so it?snot like they don?t have time to clean Read more
Terrible Terrible salad... I ordered the apple fuji salad and got absolutely ZERO apples and a ton of tomatoes (see photo) .. so... many tomatoes that the salad was floating in tomatoe juice! Last Time I go here!!! Read more
The broccoli cheddar soup is a must! The chipotle chicken sandwich was not very good, as the chicken was rubbery, however the... manager was super understanding and refunded me the money for it. The cinnamon scones are also amazing! Read more
Very disappointing!!! Been here many times but this experience was not good! NO lettuce, could not make any salads at all!! The... water for my tea was lukewarm at best! We did the pick two and my grilled cheese was the size of an English muffin ( and thatmay be a stretch). The Autumn squash soup was, however, delicious. But, the price we paid... $33.00 is ridiculous!? Whathappened Panera bread? You've always been a little bit pricey but the quality of your food & atmosphere made up for that... Notany more ??
