Stopped in to get a take out menu was given a catering menu so went back in and got a take out menu got one. BOTH MENUS HAVE NO... PRICES IN THEM. Was told I can go online for that. Prices should be on menus so I will not be there again. Read more
Pizza has gone downhill ALOT. Got a hamburger and Pepperoni pizza maybe (being generous)had 6/7 little pasta of hamburger and 10... Pepperoni on it. The cheese had a moldy taste to it. Not my favorite pizza any more. Read more
This Papa Ginos delivers quickly. I recommend ordering directly from their website (and not a 3rd party site such as GH or DD).... It is also cheaper through their website. The food preparation quality can vary from shift to shift, sometimes pizza isunderdone and sometimes it's half overdone like it sat on the conveyor for too long. That's my only constructive feedback. I walked in to ask for a slice of pizza or two for lunch. The 2 slice pizza deal for lunch was 10$ the pizza looked like an... absolutle horror show. Literally flies landed on day old pizza to be served to humans. 0/10. Sub human food Read more
I have some nostalgia for Papa Gino's since I grew up going there. Based on this experience, it feels like they've given... up. Delivery was on time as estimated, so there were no complaints there. The food was, while not cold, not hot either. Thepizza was supposed to be 16 inches but was barely 14. I also did not receive the desserts, but they weren't listed on thereceipt, so I assume they were out. I'll double-check if they charged for them. It's a shame. I don't want these to keepclosing, but every experience I've had over the past five years at several locations has been underwhelming. There can only beso many chances. Read more
Always liked their pizza since I was but a wee lad. The flavor hasn't changed since then. This particular locale is well kept,... clean, and managed nicely. The staff is friendly and prompt. The bathroom was clean. Always liked the murals on the wallmaking me feel as though I'm back in 'the old country'. My kids loved the pizza. Their gluten free pizza is also pretty goodaccording to my girlfriend and youngest daughter. Always worth a visit. Read more
Pleasant server with southern accent and was very hospitable to our whole family checking on us multiple times which is not... expected in this self serve restaurant. We got 3 pizzas costing us $54.00... I think is pretty expensive but they did tastegreat. One pizza was gluten-free which they state they took special care in making sure there would be no cross contamination. Read more
