Quick meal before a movie. Our waitress Macy was fantastic and the food is good for a chain restaurant.
I'm a first time customer and very pleased. They were really short staffed but my son and I didn't wait long even though it was... Veterans Day. Basia was our waitress and I believe she was also the bartender. She did an Awesome Job serving us and our Burgerswere cooked perfectly which were Scrumptious. We felt so bad for Basia as she was running around like a chicken with its headcut off. TGI Fridays should be Proud of the job she did today. We Thanked her several times for the great service she performedunder a stressful situation. I Hope she Receives a raise or at least a Bonus for today. Walked in at 1120. Online says 1230 close time. But the waiter says we cannot take your table because closing now. After much... argument we got a table and a very horrible service. Not sure which is true but not a good to be attended with a bad attitude.We needed food so got that and left. Read more
Ordered the "loaded" potato twists, received potato strips with a pinch of cheese. Ordered the sesame chicken platter and... received a regular container of barely sauced chicken. Definitely not worth the money Read more
We sat down and no one came to even order our drinks for 7 minutes. There were no prices for half the drinks on the menu. We... were seated at a dirty sticky table, and when we opened our silverware, it was covered in spots and crud, we walked out. Dirtyplace, with horrible music. Food was great and server was great and did her best with what she had and I notice that to not put no more then a smile on her... face if I can....I know when places are limited with services and all things to do without server saying a word....blessing Read more

TGIF was always a solid choice mainly because of their consistency in quality. Today marked the 2nd questionable experience at 2... different locations. Today, the restaurant in North Attleboro was filthy. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in at least acouple days. The floor was sticky and the trash was overflowing. The floor in the restaurant had wrappers all over. The very fewemployees I saw were wearing street clothes. (Doesn't TGIF have uniforms or at least wear the same color?) The food runnersmelled like she'd just smoked a cigarette out back. Gross, but I wasn't surprised, given the state of the restaurant. Ourserver was friendly, but she served us dry boneless buffalo chicken wings with no sauce. She admitted they ran out of Buffalosauce only when we asked her. She could have just told us they were out, rather than serve gross food and think no one willnotice. Read more
