On several occasions while waiting for an order, I have had to wait over 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. I have even... noticed other customers standing and waiting for long periods of time before their orders are even taken. Some have even left.It may or may not be a short staff issue. I have witnessed several employees standing around shooting the breeze and ignoringcustomers. Some of them display attitudes as if you're bothering them, disturbing their conversations. At the drive thru, whenpulling up, employees have stood with their backs to the window for several minutes before acknowledging you're there. Thislocation is the worst In the area and are in serious need of customer service training. There are very few of them that displaycustomer care. But the majority don't. Something needs to be done.
