Waited awhile before they open but fresh food hot and delicious ????????
Pretty brutal. Haven't had Papa John's in several years. Quality went way downhill, and they're quite skimpy with toppings.
I've given this place so many chances and they continue to disappoint everytime! 1 out of 4 orders are actually correct. Their... workers touch the register then go touch food without washing their hands. Put my order in online it seemed to be only 10 minutes and it said it's on its way I was like wow that could be good or that... could be bad well it was bad. Pizza look good but it was raw the toppings look like it came out of a sandwich containervegetables were soggy and way too much sauce. Great pizza place
I've been waiting months and several visits to review this place as it's brand new to the community and wanted the kinks to be... ironed out. Here it is: Papa John's as a company has declined in its marketing, quality, and taste. However, this location hasstepped it up, in the beginning the pizza was really greasy and the quality was poor and so was the customer service (whenrecently opened), since then the quality has gone up, pizza has been way better (although they could be more generous withtoppings - skimpy even when ordering extra), and the customer service has been amazing! Each time there has been an issue (2liter forgotten, missed item in order) they've been very helpful and made it right. On top of that, although it says "curbsidepickup" that isn't something offered by this location or in it's app, but when I really needed them to come through for me andbring the pizza to my car, they had no problem with it. I genuinely hope they continue to keep this up and prove the publicwrong about their chain. The local community needs better customer service and good quality places to visit and right now thisplace is on that list. Read more
