Yesterday was game day, so it was very busy. The gal attending was working alone. She was cashier, Secretary, and pizza maker... all in one. She was really holdin it down. Wishing everyone a great day. As she smiled and handed them thair pizza. There shouldhave been at least 2 ppl up front tending to everyone. It is rare that I have had a complaint about this Papa Murphy's but I am still pretty angry with them. This visit I ordered the... BBQ chicken pizza, which I usually enjoy, but this time they did not put the BBQ sauce on my pizza. I could not eat more thenthe 1 slice I forced down. I started calling them at 2000 hrs (8pm) and even though they were open till 2100 hrs they did notanswer their phone; I called 3 times and each time it rang approx 25 times and died. I them emailed corporate and left them myphone number and email, I still have not heard from the company. As far as I am concerned they owe me another lg pizza .... forfree this time. Read more
