Came on 8/17/2022 at 4:15pm. Got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it was spoiled. Tasted like expired milk. I opened the... cup and looked inside and it was a clear layer of slimey milk at the bottom. If I get sick I plan to sue. Read more
Decent food friendly servers
Went to get ice cream around 9pm and was informed that they were not serving any ice cream products because they close at 10pm... and everything was already put up and cleaned. That's ridiculous. The young lady at the window said they do that every eveningbecause minors work there and have to be home at a certain time.Bad management!!! There should be an adult there at thisbusiness so the ice cream can be served til closing. Get it right Sonic I'll be heading over to Baskin Robin's around thecorner. Read more
The wait time is the usual HORRIBLE, meaning if you have a half hour lunch, just pick something else. I was able to come here... using the app to order my food before leaving, and pick it up with time to spare, but they SHUT OFF MOBILE ORDERING FOR NOREASON AT ALL. The prices are also the usual Sonic experience, outrageously high, to the point that you question your lifechoices. Note that I did still give them 3 stars, because I am harsh, but fair. Their popcorn chicken earned 2 of those and100% cherry inclusion on the diet cherry Coke got the 3rd. Read more
I love corn dogs. Sonic has 'em and, to be honest, I have never had anything else. Good. Not Texas State Fair good, but good. My... wife eats different items and she likes it all and loves their frozen slush drinks. I did have iced coffee and it was best Ihave had in drive thru. The workers, this applies across the board, are really polite and work hard. Note the goodness does notapply to the Gilroy, CA Sonic. They have stock shortages, broken equipment, and it is kinda irritating. Good stuff, that Sonic. Read more
Great Restaurant, Great Food Overal, but this location in specific is just a mess. Unorganized Team Members, Waiting Time is... Unacceptable, ETA 35 Min Wait and I snapped a photo of the place right after I receive my food clearly its empty. Lastly beprepared to show your ID or Drivers License because you wont be able to pay your order, ID and Debit Card name have to match,yeah my Wife and I have the same Name after this situation lol. I had to call my wife at home to send me a photo of her ID toshow Proof???? Its a Corn Dog not a Passport Agency!! Ridiculous. Read more
Drinks are usually good, but their cooks just don't give a rip.... they regularly burn their Chicken Slinger buns black. Smells... and tastes like charcoal. Read more
