"SUBWAY ON COMMERCE" YESTERDAY I WAS INFORMED AFTER 2 FOOT LONGS WAS ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF BEING MADE THAT THEY NO LONGER... TAKE COUPONS & I AM NOT ALLOWED TO ORDER A MEATBALL SANDWICH FOR MY DAUGHTERS KIDS MEAL " THAT SHE HAS GOTTEN EVERY TIME WE GOFOR THE LAST 2 YEARS" WHEN I TOLD THE LADY THIS AND ASKED WHEN THEY CHANGED THEIR POLICIES ... SHE JUST POINTED AT THE MENU ANDTOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ALLOWED TO ORDER THAT FOR MY DAUGHTERS KIDS MEAL THEN TOLD ME I SHOULDN'T LET HER EAT THEM SHECAN CHOKE & THEY DON'T HAVE TO TAKE COUPONS AND ARE ALLOWED TO CHANGE THEIR POLICY "WITHOUT NOTIFYING CUSTOMERS BEFORE ORDERINGOR PUT IT ON THE COUPON" AND BLAMED CORPORATE FOR SENDING ME COUPONS I CANT USE. I DIDN'T WANT TO CAUSE A SCENE SO I JUST PAIDAND LEFT. Read more

Bad bad bad bad bad customer service from the Punjabi girls. Like serious just smile? The day I went in for a sandwich, the... workers wernt welcoming at all. There was bad tension while placing my order and looked annoyed. She even gave me a wrong lookwhen I told her that I said I didn't want a certain condiment in my sandwich. I mean you chose to work in the public servingthe public food so that requires a skill called "serving excellent customer service" so if you want to grow your business andmake more money or get a raise, then please just smile. I walked in definitely clean environment. The owner manager of the location is not welcoming. The manager of the location also... had their AirPods not sure if you allow all your other coworkers to wear them to. I?d ask him what the sub of the day wasluckily he knew , while preparing my food unfortunately there was very poor portioning. At the checkout counter he did notoffer me any other add ons. Also at the counter there were no fresh cookies baked cookies, there were three cookies left butyou could tell they were from the night before .
