Food was basically taken out of freezer and deep fried or microwaved. If your looking for TV dinners than this is your place. I... had a better steak at a waffle house. Food was cold. So not worth the price. Left most of what we ordered on the table and lefthungry and got something to eat at a zafs and was much better. Sad had to pay for 2 dinners to get something to eat. The tables were reserved for a big party when my husband and I went in and we did NOT have one! Not a problem! They greeted us... warmly and offered us a seat at the bar. We had an Amazing dinner! Chicken Cordon Bleu for him, Tender, Juicy steak for me withall the sides... Can't wait to go back and try more off the menu! Would Definitely recommend! 5 stars PLUS! Read more
Loved the trout, service was amazing, they even reserved our table for us without us k owing so that was a cool surprise for my... 10 year old son and I. Nice location next to a small lake and Lake Superior across the street. It gets busy so go early orreserve a table! Thanks everyone, Deb and our awesome cook! Will definitely be back! Read more
This place is awesome! Everything was hot and delicious! Most importantly... everyone was so nice.
Stopped in for dinner. Most of the tables had reserved signs on them. My vegetables were way overcooked and my steak was chewy.... Really bad for $25 per person! The history of the place was interesting. The staff were not helpful not unpleasant. When I askedthe waitress what she recommended she said "if there was anything bad, I would start you away"... Nice folks ... horrible food. The rib eye steak was grey, thin, chewy gristle, flavorless and tasted boiled rather than grilled.... The whitefish was mushy and bland. The french fries were dry, tasteless sticks. And, the mashed potatoes were not edible.However, the mushroom soup was good! How can they charge people higher than average prices for such awful food. They really needa new chef! Save your money and eat somewhere else. Read more
Ordered: My husband and I both ordered the Lake Superior Broiled White Fish and the fish was wet mooshy, there was no sign of... this fish being broiled or seasoned, minus the red looking stuff that had zero taste. My daughter ordered kids burger thattasted sweet, so she wouldn't eat it. My son did love his chicken tenders and the French salad dressing was wonderful. We feltbad that only a few bites were eaten and quickly left. Everyone around us seemed to enjoy their food, so no sure if it was justus. Read more
