At 7:30 last night I got a 16 piece mixed chicken with an extra mashed potato I got home they had what looked to be like they... scooped a little bit of our mashed potatoes out. and my okra was really cold and damp so we had to warm it up in the microwave,the chicken was so salty, I was very upset I will never go back again for now? you pay for a good meal and you get cold food andcan?t feed all your family because there?s barely anything. 50.00 dollars for a meal that didn?t even feed my family?? themanager said if I could bring our food back up there they would replace it, like you want me to bring the food back up thereafter we put it on our plates and ate it already? Ordered a 4pc tender meal and 2 nuggets were apparently considered tenders. After eating one tender I took a picture of the 3... "tenders" I had left. We ordered a 4pc spicy tender meal that didn't have gravy served with it so they asked for BBQ sauce andhad to pay for bbq sauce! The mashed potatoes with both meals were not hot, I'd say lukewarm. Apparently gizzards aren't servedwith gravy. We had a problem with the water button on the soda machine where it got stuck so as water kept pouring out the ordertaker went to tell the manager and the manager never came out to assist the situation. I ended up fixing their issue and guesswhat? STILL no sight of the manager. No paper towels in the bathroom. Ugh. The remodel was a joke! Ever since the prices havebeen raised and you would think the customer service would at least be better but now that they don't have 50 cent tea, thisplace is just one of the FEW places in old Aubrey and I feel like thats the only reason they even still have a place here. The 12 piece meal we bought was definatly an older batch that they throw in the fryer to look fresh but it was hard, burned and... disgusting. Never again. Read more
I'm not a huge fan of Chicken Express in general, but today was just the worst possible experience. I pulled up to the drive... thru with a van in front of me, they were taking forever(maybe 10min) to order and had already been sitting there when I pulledup. I placed my 2 orders pretty quickly with the girl and she seems a bit confused but got the order correct. Then I pull up tothe window behind only the van and proceed to sit there for 25-30 mimutes, then the van just decides to drive off without theirorder(im assuming because we sat here so long). I then finally get up to the window, pay for my orders and sit here another 5-10minutes because my orders weren't ready... then I get my order and start to drive away without check and realize I have no macand cheese that I ordered????! I pulled into a parking space and went inside, then waited at the counter until someone finallynoticed that I was standing there. He was also working drive thru and when he asked her where my Mac and cheese was she pointedit out in the back, knowing that she didn't give it to me. He apologized but this whole experience was ridiculous! Then I gotout to my car and opened my lunch and rhe mac & cheese taste disgusting... almost like corn nuggets or like they boiled thenoodles on corn water. Went in today June 18th and wow they have really disappointed us. I realize they are doing a grand reopening. We ordered a... 12peice family with mashed potatoes and okra plus rolls. The chicken and okra was way over cooked almost burnt the mashedpotatoes wasn't there and they give us 12 rolls instead of 6. I am hoping the next time if ever they greatly improve. Read more
Only gave this place a one star to be able to create the review. I called the business today for two issues, one I didn?t have... my fries for my number one and two we had a huge hair in our food. The young man was extremely defensive and asked me to bringmy food all the way back to ?show? him after I had already made it to my kids lunch to eat. Worst CE and customer serviceever!!!! Read more
Waiting 20 minutes to get three piece of chicken. Looks like they cook in the food or chicken when I ordered it, also the... customer service is very poor. They don?t even thanks for the purchase of the meal. Not even a welcome. Read more
