We will never order here again. Delivery service said 33 minutes. It took over an hour and the pizza arrived cold. I called the... Aubrey, TX. store was hung up on not once but twice. I e-mailed customer service and got a request for more information fromsomeone named Brandon. No follow up, no resolution. We have been loyal customers for over 20 years. We moved to Texas fromFlorida. So Papa John's pizza has shown us oue business means nothing to them. Well there are loads of places who would love ourbusiness. Placed order online . Get a call from this location, saying the delivery address is outside of their area, so I accept the... 'facts' and have them cancel the order. I am new to the area so unsure myself. But then I take a look online.. place is 7minutes from me, 3 miles away. Call back. Get that squared away, they have me submit the order again online. Delivery gets here.And its not the correct pizza .. Not sure what the hell these kids are doing, but if they can't handle placing the right pizzain the right box, idk .. not happy at all. They did give me store credit for the pizza, which I asked for , so if theres anysaving grace theres that. Oh and wrong pizza they gave me was burnt.. come on now.. Papa johns went to a central call center, and it is horrible. I ordered 2 chicken pizzas with Alfredo sauce. I told them I had a... $5 pizza bucks discount. They said to ask the store manager and they would give it to me. They quoted the price wrongrepeatedly, I kept questioning how 2 $9.99 pizzas were $32 total. I get to the store and big surprise, they said the call centercan give the discount and the store cannot. The pizza had red sauce and not Alfredo. I told the guy it was wrong and he said,"oh sorry." Nothing else. I said, "Can you re-make them?" He says, "We have a full board, it will be at least 30 mins." I can'twait 30+ mins, no way to fit me in or offer a future discount. Terrible Service and uncooked pizza. We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Nothing Fancy. Not expecting anything amazing... but at least aggressively mediocre pizza. What we got was an uncooked amalgamation of dough, cheese, and sauce. We had asked forit to be well done and this was the opposite. I called to let them know how uncooked it was expecting to be offered areplacement or a refund only to be met with "okay....is that all" They refused to refund stating that we got the pizza. Ioffered for them to come back and pick it up they said "we are legally not allowed to do that". What a bunch of clowns. Read more
Not even worth a star. No choice. No meat at all. Just a thin base and sauce. Charged $31. Should be 31 cents. Last week was... good. If you were not able to manage Friday night rush limit the number of orders. Need supervision!!! They refunded me and Iordered another one next day! Read more
I was going to give a one star at first because when we received our pizza it wasn?t at its best. It was missing some stuff and... wasn?t warm. I?m sure it being close to closing time when we got it may have had something to do with it too but it just wasn?tas tasty as I had though it?d be. However, customer service here was great and both Austin whom refunded me for my pizza waskind and understanding. The delivery driver was patient and kind enough to call in so we could pay with card since I didn?t havethe full amount in cash that I thought I had. Because of this I?m leaving a good review because the customer service is greatand they tried their best. I will give it another shot and thank you to Austin and our delivery guy! Read more
Really?? Maybe don't throw it together...I'm sure you sanitize these cup lids before you stick them to my cheese sticks...
