usually very slow resulting in the wings being cold by the time the pizza makes its way through the over. The slices are never... cut evenly and everything is overly greasy. Not bad if you get a deal but I prefer most other brands and/or local mom&pop pizzaplaces better. Read more
Pizza tasted Great!! Love the buttery taste of the crust on the Pan Pizza. I modified the order with one topping; deleted one... topping and added one topping on the Super Supreme. By far, Pizza Hut Super Supreme Pan Pizza is my favorite pizza. Orderedusing the App and pizza was prepared in about 15 minutes for Carry out. Pizza Hut is definitely my go to pizza restaurant. If you can't hire people who care enough about their job to LISTEN to your customers trying to place a easy order... at least... don't have them answering your calls! I want 2 pizzas, and wings. The guy wouldn't not listen and after I repeated myself 6times and got mad and hung up... then ordered from another place! I told him 3 times that I have a feeling he will not get thisordered correct because of him not listening. Their pizza is always so delicious, ready so quickly, and their workers are kind and helpful. They brought my pizza out to my... car so I didn?t have to walk inside, leaving all my kids and fussy baby in the car, even though I was parked right outside thedoor. Such a nice convenience! Read more
We called in an order for pick up and they took our order and didn?t ask for my name only my phone number. Then we got there and... they didn?t even put in our order. I confirmed the number and address with the cashier. But they still didn?t have our order. Weend up just ordering, getting our food and going home. Soo here we go, I look and see all these nice pizzas.. I drive to a location not so close to home.. wait cause it's not ready... and we get this, so how does your pizza get half burnt and isn't ready when you arrive, ask the manager.. I told Josh to dobetter. I called to place an order. I live in a new house in Union Park. Said they couldn't deliver to my address. Which is... understandable because my house is new. However, I have friends that have lived here for years and I know their address isdeliverable. I asked multiple times if they delivered to Union Park the woman who answered the phone repeatedly gave meattitude, not knowing that I was intending to give her an alternate address. How hard is it to answer the question do youdeliver Union Park? Finally I had to explain to her why I was asking, and she still gave me attitude. ???? Nobody wants PizzaHut that badly. I'll pass.
