Bad customer service. Cashier hands me the wrong food and when I tell her this not my order she goes to get my correct order... (this is cashier#1). She tells me my order and the amount so I hand her my card to pay for it. She hands my card to anothercashier (cashier#2) and she kept my card for 10mins after handing it to her at the window to pay for my food. I notice she iswalking in and out of the Sonic without giving me my card back or food. I try and get her attention by blowing my horn but I amignored, even another employee is pointing at the window I?m assuming telling another cashier that I am blowing my horn becausesomeone finally comes back to the window. Cashier#2 tells me she just noticed she charged someone else card for my food and waskeeping my card to correct it. The manager I assume since she has on a all black shirt walks up with an attitude like I didsomething wrong by telling the cashier she should have informed me what was happening and given me my card back rather thanwalking around with my card to deliver orders and ignoring my car horn when trying to get her attention. I told the manager thatthe cashier shouldn?t be holding on to customers cards that long and with a attitude she tells me, ?What can she do with thecard?, well she can accidentally give my card to the wrong customer since she is confused of who order what and has both cardsin her hand. ordered a chicken sandwich & a chicken sandwich combo on the app, arrived at 9:30 pm or so to receive it, they handed me the... wrong order so i corrected them and they came back with only the combo and drink, i pressed the button and waited for a bit toinform them of the error and they told me they?d fix it but they never came, i flagged down a carhop to explain it to and sheacknowledged me but never came back. i pressed the button again and waited for someone to respond but nobody ever did afterwaiting awhile. I decided to go through the drive thru for perhaps better luck, repeated my story only to be told to wait? so iwaited.. for nothing. i pulled ahead to the window as a last resort only to see the staff and several unauthorized peoplehanging out inside. at that point it was about 15 minutes until close and i became aware i wasn?t getting the rest of my food soi drove off. truly awful Read more

I went here today, and they were out of bananas.... bananas and ocean water. Staples of Sonic...okay well, finally ordered... something they had in stock. Also, a large chili tots that were only filled halfway, so we paid for a large but got a small. $18for a headache and still hungry. This is one of many reasons we normally do not stop here. As someone who latches onto specific menu items at different restaurants, Sonic?s ?Big Dill? fried pickle burger is absolutely... my go-to here! I have yet to be disappointed in the service or food quality; it?s always a smooth transaction and a wonderfulmeal. Though I don?t eat here as often as I?d like, it?s a very good thing I have it close to home. Read more

Just spent 30 minutes sorting out and issue with their mobile app. Did you know if the app "locks up" after you order and pay,... you can't get your food? And you cant get a refund? That's a great way to make money without delivering any product. 100%profit! Read more

Ordered a Supersonic breakfast burrito with no tomatoes. When i got home and started eating it i noticed there was no meat in... it. Went back to sonic and said i needed one wit meat. The car hop brought it out and said here's your burrito with no meat. Itold her please make me one with meat, its not that hard. They blamed it on having new people in the kitchen. Second time I?ve had less than acceptable service. I worked at Sonic as a teenager, it was part of the job as a server to be... polite, say your name, read the customer?s order to made sure it was correct, never bring their food out without a tray of extracondiments/napkins and then ask if anything else was needed before wishing them a great day and heading off. I don?t writereviews but this employee had no tray, just walked down with bag swinging like a bag of dog s***t about to be thrown out, stuckher hands in the car and said ?here?s your food? and walked off?um?what?! Other time, near identical ordeal. No name, no readingback order to make sure it was correct and just walked off. Order was incorrect so I had to call back and wait for it to befixed. Food isn't bad. Worker there is and it made me so mad how bad we were treated. First of all we order and get our food but after... receiving it and checking the orders we only get 2 burgers with one not being part of the order. We call someone to check thisand we were asked to check again by this teen girl. She called us liars and had an audacity to yell at us that we were hidingfood we never received.
