Tonight my husband and I went to the Aubrey Subway #31232. I have never been treated more disrespectfully in my life. One of... the boys called me "sir". Cleanly I am not a "sir". He thought he was funny and didn't say anything like "sorry" until Ibrought it to his attention. Then he said "oh, ma'am". About half of the meat was taken off of my sandwich. I understand Ichoose the wrong bread. I excepted that and said "don't worry about the bread". My husband has had an attitude problem out ofthis young "man" 2 other times before. I will not return to this store until this matter is taken care of. Update** Today Iwant back to this Subway. I talked to the manager about the"problem" on Saturday. This store in Aubrey had good and fresh ingredients. The staff was really nice and polite. The restaurant was clean and the... bathrooms were really clean as well. With all that is going on, they have the place really clean and doing all they can toprotect their customers. Read more
Food seems all right. I'm not sure I'm a good judge - I don't like subway. It was open and within walking distance of where my... bf and I parked that day. The customer service is what really caught my attention. The people who work there are genuinelyfriendly and cool. It makes a big difference when they're selling cheap scraps lumped together into sandwich-shaped piles. Nohate on subway. I'm not a sandwich person. But you hire good people and your stores are clean. Kudos. Read more
Typically I would give Subway a 4-star review because their food is not super high tasty but the service at this place made up... for it. Smiling faces and nice people working there. I had the tuna on white The Toasted it and melted the cheese and put myfavorite vegetables and it turned out to be a fantastic sandwich. Better than a lot of other restaurants. Read more
Literally just had the worst service of my life at subway in Aubrey. First off, when I pulled up to the store (30 minutes before... closing) I could see the employee who was sweeping throw his hands up and yell something to the other employee in the back. WhenI entered the store no one said a word to me. When I asked the male employee who was sweeping how he was he replied "tired". Itold him I know how he feels as I has just worked a 13 hour day. When the girl from the back came out to make my sandwich shesaid "what would you like" what meat...what veggies. NEVER once had any customer service skills. They acted like it was a totalinconvenience that I was even there. Which is sad because I really love subway. Just not sure I'm a fan of this one now. Handsdown the worst service I've ever had!!!
