Worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. My chalupa supreme look like somebody already ate the insides, like can I have a little... food please. My chips for my nachos were so old and crunchy I was afraid I was going to break a tooth. My potatoes were hard asrocks. And my bean burrito look like they use the tortillas from last week. I have eaten lunch at this location and the littleMexican ladies had great customer service and the food was good but when the other crew works rude service and nasty food. Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been too. Gave me empty cups knowing the ice machine wasn't working, then the... carbonation element wasn't working either , tried the lemonade, then the tea, both tasted like water with a little color. Asked to get my beverage filled behind the counter and the employee was well aware that the machine in the dining area did not work. They threw the tacos and burritos together, had a terrible attitude and when I asked for the manager the wasactually one of the ones help prep. She looked at me and didn't even come to the counter or say a word to me. She just keptworking. HORRIBLE custom service. I will never go back. When I called to ask who owned that franchise or who was over themanager the guy told me he didn't know. I said " you work there and you don't know who you work for?" What a cluster!
