Worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. My chalupa supreme look like somebody already ate the insides, like can I have a little... food please. My chips for my nachos were so old and crunchy I was afraid I was going to break a tooth. My potatoes were hard asrocks. And my bean burrito look like they use the tortillas from last week. I have eaten lunch at this location and the littleMexican ladies had great customer service and the food was good but when the other crew works rude service and nasty food. I ordered the simplest item on the menu...#1. How can any respectable establishment fail as epically as they did when their... sign says "Taco Bell". I ordered 3 taco supremes with baja blast and fire sauce. I feel lucky that I did in fact get my 3 tacosupremes... with no sauce whatsoever and water to drink. STEP UP YOUR GAME or don't play at all! Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been too. Gave me empty cups knowing the ice machine wasn't working, then the... carbonation element wasn't working either , tried the lemonade, then the tea, both tasted like water with a little color. Asked to get my beverage filled behind the counter and the employee was well aware that the machine in the dining area did not work. They threw the tacos and burritos together, had a terrible attitude and when I asked for the manager the wasactually one of the ones help prep. She looked at me and didn't even come to the counter or say a word to me. She just keptworking. HORRIBLE custom service. I will never go back. When I called to ask who owned that franchise or who was over themanager the guy told me he didn't know. I said " you work there and you don't know who you work for?" What a cluster! Worst Taco Bell on the planet! WHEN they decide to work and are open. They barely put any meat on the order along with what else... is suppose to go on it. And it is always cold! Not sure how this location is still in business. What a shame because I love TacoBell. But this location has left a bad taste in my mouth every single time. No more chances! Absolutely awful location. It is almost guaranteed that your order will be wrong. If the location is even bothering to be open.... I went there at 6pm today and the lights were off, door locked, and no answer at the drive thru. I understand it is staffed bychildren who are paid virtually nothing, and that the results of that will come out in how the public is served, but can we atleast find kids who will bother to actually show up? This location has really gone downhill. The past few months service has been declining, with frequent errors on orders, and... increased wait times. However, this time I needed to write a review in hopes management can address the changes needed at thislocation. Our order of 3 tacos, 3 burritos, 1 fry, and 1 cheesy potatoes took 42 minutes! We were the only ones there and nocars at the drive through. Once we got the order, they forgot the cheesy potatoes and the taco shells were stale. I used to rateat 5 stars, but this place really needs improvement. Read more
