We just moved over here and have been to this location twice. Never again. I ignore reviews in a sense, because I like to see... for myself and always give the benefit of the doubt. First time, they were out of a soda and gave us a sloppy sandwich... no bigdeal, could have been a bad day for someone and it tastes the same either way. Went back again the next day, and they out ofhalf of our order(family of 4). Obviously, we were frustrated at the time for obvious reasons, but this is something they can'tcontrol, so we understand that. This isn't why I'm writing a review, though. "Poor" doesn't even begin to describe the customerservice. Maybe they'll start to do better, but as of now, I would steer everyone away from this location. Read more
This location should be closed. Literally nothing is correct on my order and this is typical. No sour cream for the sour cream... and chives potato. Wrong salad dressing. Toppings missing from the salad. I just can?t with these people anymore. For what foodcosts, they should at least come close to a correct order. Oh, you will NEVER get any condiments from this location. Owner mustmake the employees pay for it themselves. Shut this place down!!! Read more
Worst Wendy's I've EVER been to. Will NOT be returning. Dining room looked as though it hadn''t been cleaned in a year. Filthy... floors, tables, etc. Trash everywhere, even spewing out of the bins. They were out of ice and almost all of the beverages werenot available. They were forcing people to use the kiosks to order which caused customers to ask for help and took way longerthan if they just took the order themselves. Plenty of staff behind the counter but they were looking at their phones andwearing ear buds. When food was finally ready, the fries were hard and dry, and the burger tasted like microwaved meat. Had toleave and throw it out. I don't expect much from fast food, but this was like the worst! I don't ever post reviews but I justcouldn't NOT let people know to avoid this place. They?re out of Diet Dr. Pepper which is not a big deal but that?s only the beginning. She says, ?the credit card machine isn?t... working so the choices are pay in cash or order on the app.? I didn?t have enough cash on hand (short 10 cents) so I say I?llorder on the app. She advises me that I?ll need to pull past the window, park and come in because there?s a new rule about noapp picks up at the window. You must come inside. Ugh! Fine! After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I park and goinside to pickup the order which is not ready. Seriously? Yep! Apparently there?s a new rule about starting the order once theguest arrives. Great, at least the fries will be fresh, right? Nope! I ordered a double stack and fries. That?s really not anover complicated order, right? I should have checked right at the counter but I did not. At home, I unwrapped a chickensandwich and the always hot and fresh fries are cold and limp!!! What they ought to do is fire the whole crew and start over.Yes, it?s that bad! Read more
This has got to be the worst fast food place I?ve ever been too. Stopped in for some quick dinner. The lady taking my order... continuously tried to rush me while ordering. The lady at the window was extremely rude when trying to get my payment & then totop it all off they only gave me 9 nuggets. The fries seem like they have been sitting out all day. Just bought a spicy chicken sandwich from the Wendy?s by Braswell high school. It was very raw in the middle. When I called the... location, one of the managers seemed nonchalant about what occurred. Not sure if I will go back here. I definitely will notorder chicken again. They don?t know how to cook it, obviously. Read more
Why do we keep going here? After this post it will be our last. We like Wendy's but the location in Aubrey off hwy380 is the... worst. Order is never right or is missing items if you order for 3 or more people. Hamburgers are made sloppy and this timethey didn't even out a slice of bacon...it was a bit of a strip and no lettuce....I couldn't believe my eyes. This is no joke. If you like Wendy's, then just drive a little further to the next location. This location has dissapointed our family too manytimes, which is such a shame. Read more
The building looks new and somewhat nice, but far from it in other ways. The bathroom was nasty and hardly cleaned. The service... was poor and slow. They missed three things from my order. The food was pretty mediocre. I usually love Wendy's and it is myfavorite fast food place but the food at this particular one was mediocre at best. Never going to this Wendy's again. Read more
