The hospitality and majority of the food was excellent! Our waitress was super nice and very informative! The only thing we... didn't like were the fried green tomatoes. We did not know that they were pickled and so it made them sweet more than savory. Iwish that wouldve been disclosed when we ordered them. Otherwise we would've not got them. Overall, everything else was greatthough! 5 star cute resturant! Read more

UPDATE: 2022. The BLT was amazing! Get the homemade potato chips. Cute, local spot with very good burgers and plenty of... seating. Service was faster than expected at lunchtime too. Burger was big, fresh and very tasty. I will say that friend?s tunamelt wasn?t that great as there was too much tuna and the cheese wasn?t melted. Both the chips and fries had an especially heavyoily taste and texture. My friend that lives close by said this wasn?t the usual quality. Read more

The food and service was superb - Logan's terrific! The cold temperature and the sewer-like smell are the only reasons I didn't... give 5 stars. The smell is not overbearing, but I noticed it as we walked in and then a bit while seated. The decor is awesome -some of the antiques are exactly like some that we had in our home growing up! Very cool! Logan was working the entire fronthimself and he was as attentive and accommodating as business allowed. He had a great sense of humor and did a great job! I amvegetarian, and as I expected, there aren't many "meal" options; however, I loved the homemade mashed potatoes and vegetablesand the homemade cole slaw was delicious! The carrot cake was also good! My Mom started with the buffalo chicken salad but hadunderestimated the level of "heat", lol ????????. I ordered her grilled chicken to swap and our meal went much better ????. Hersalad was large, my sides were minimal, but overall the experience was good and I'm anxious to visit again when there isn't sucha draft, Lol. I'm looking forward to trying the breakfast menu! ???????? Read more

Breakfast places in the am is my thing. Moved to Providence Village recently, and found Moms when i was looking for a new... place.just a short drive away. I loved that it was in a "country" part of town, like its been part of the community for a longtime. Loved the old nostalgic feel inside. The menu is ok, but basic. I did not see my all time favorite, Eggs Benedict, so 1 tick off for that. The meal was cooked right and tasty, portion size good. The servers were nice, however, never came aroundasking to refill the coffee, very important (not like it was crowded. Maybe 5 other tables with 2-4 people each.) Both minoritems, but keeps it going from a OK rating to a great rating. Rating could be either 3 or 4 stars, not 5. Read more

Incredible onion rings. The shrimp was great and tartar sauce was even better! The green beans were interestingly different but... in a good way because it had onions and mushrooms. Fried okra great. Excellent service. Really impressed with the service!! Theonly disappointment was the buttermilk pie which was just ok, not great because it had a strange kind of grainy texture. Thechicken fried steak was good but kinda tough. Service 5/5 but food 4/5. Cute place though. The fresh baked rolls were hot andswoonworthy with butter. Read more
