The atmosphere at night was wonderful. Set inside of a beautiful hotel across from Auburn University, this is a great place... to visit. The handmade pasta was delicious, the sauce had flavor and density, drinks were not watered down, and the portionswere a nice size ????. Definitely stop by if you want to have a hearty Italian meal . Absolutely Amazing! The drinks and appetizers were so good, I would have been happy to stop there! The Focaccia de Recco (white... truffle taleggio, honey whipped goat cheese, rosemary), was so delicious I could have even the whole plate! The service wasoutstanding and the restaurant including the hotel are beautiful. They will soon be adding a jazz bar next to the restaurant.Everyone’s main course was also amazing! A must stop if you’re in Auburn, AL. Read more

Pathetic from start to finish. Don't go expecting anything worth the time invested, and certainly not worth the money. Our... server greeted us as "you guys". He then couldn't answer questions about anything on the menu without going to repeat thequestion to the kitchen, then return with a confused answer. The Tapenade appetizer arrived as a grey, obviously dated mound ofoverly chopped mush, which had lost its color, and become overwhelmed by the capers in it. The 8 oz glob of spread arrived withonly five thin toasted crostinis. So, I explained to the other person who had delivered it, that five crostinis was not nearenough to enjoy even a fourth of the portion of Tapenade. Our salads then arrived as we were one bite into the Tapenade. Theywere again delivered by someone other than our waiter, who had to ask who had ordered what. About five minutes later, our waiterarrived to say he was told that we wanted to order some Focacia. So, we explained that we had only requested more crostinis forthe appetizer. We finally brought some untoasted slices of larger bread instead, just as we were finishing our salad. Two biteslater, our dinners arrived; again, via a different server, who had to ask who had ordered what. The signature Porchetta roastwas so cold that the fat in it was firm. It was laid upon a smear of carrot puree that was actually cold to the touch, as wasthe plate it was on. The broccolini side was grey in color, and also cold. After watching for our waiter for several minutes, Iwent up to the kitchen service counter, and stood there ignored for several minutes while the staff stood inactive in someconversation. Finally, another more seasoned server walked up, and asked if he could help me with something. I explained mydisappointment with my Porchetta entree, and he escorted me back to my seat, and said he agreed that the entree was cold, andthat he would remedy the situation by bringing me a fresh serving. As I waited, our server then showed up, to Read more

I was really excited to have reservations at this restaurant. Got to town and was able to get my daughter into the dorm. We... were starving . Ordered drinks and an appetizer. Then ordered entrees and a glass of wine for the meal. My cocktail came outthen our appetizer . Then two minutes later our entrees and my wine . All within twenty minutes of sitting down. Startedwondering if they wanted to get us out early. All pasta was very bland and we felt rushed. We finished dessert and hadn't evenbeen there a whole hour. Bill was $135 before tip for three. Not awful but not cheap. Won't be going back. Read more

Kind service, Good atmosphere. One of the best place for brunch or dinner in Auburn area. I like their food because of the layer... of flavor. Also less sodium using then other restaurants. I would go there if I need some place to take someone important to me. Read more

Passing through on an essential business trip and stayed at the hotel. Ordered food delivered to our room and it was not great.... Pasta dish was very undercooked, chewy and not edible. My husband said his hamburger tasted strange, we were eating in the dark,so turned on the light and the burger was raw in the middle. Obviously with everything going on the hotel and restaurant werenot busy. Advice is to take more time in food preparation.???? Read more
