I bought a steak Nachos and almost every other bight was grissle, not even something id feed my dog. I requested the situation... to be rectified but the guy didn?t even offer to give me a discount after I tipped him 5 bucks at counter but said instead thatthey cook it the same way everyday. Me and my fiance went for the first time today and Jacob did not disappoint!!!! My fiance is finicky over his food especially... burritos but Jacob was amazing got it right the first time and wasn't put off at My fiances request. Some places have given us atime about it. Food was good and fresh but the restaurant eating area had a few dirty tables and the floor was dirty in places with food crumbs... and napkins. This isn't the first time I have mentioned this to the owner. The restaurant was staffed with four employees andone could have pulled off their duties and cleaned the dining area. The restaurant wasn't that busy. I see an employee lookingat their cell phone and spending time on it versus doing what they are getting paid to do and that is work and serve thecustomers and taking care of their duties. The food and service here recently has been mediocre at best. We went tonight and the staff was shutting the grill down to clean... it and flipping chairs 40 minutes before close. This left one team member to make orders for at least 10 people. The last timewe went, they ran out of chips altogether and didn?t have any to make due to lack of proper ordering from management. They wereout of chicken because no one had warmed any up. You don?t get what you?re paying for. I?d rather pay for something and receivewhat I order in full. Wouldn?t waste my money here.
