Ordered my drink at 7:30 on the mobile app. Got here at 7:50 and it still was not ready. When I asked, they said it would be... another 20 minutes before it was ready. I Don?t understand WHY I had to sit in the Extra Long drive through line just to get a tall Pikes place! It?s just the regular... coffee nothing added! Just a cup of Black coffee! The workers would NOT take my order Inside just drive through only! I took fat dump in this restroom it was a very clean restroom very good service.
One of the WORSE customer service ever! It?s always a issue every time me or my children come to this location and the one on S.... College. They ignore pickup orders. They lied about receiving orders for Uber eats! Certain people get assisted. They shouldadjust new management and new employees and Not ones who assist certain customers especially because of their skin color. Such anasty experience I just experienced.
