Haven't been here for a year, but was delighted that the ice cream was great, and the two servers on duty were so very friendly... and helpful to us. We had a bit of a demanding deal, with a change in Ice cream flavor and cup to cone change (5 year oldchanged her mind!) The staff didn't blink an eye, and just rolled with it, and warmly took care of us. We will be back! Read more
This is our 2nd time to go to Bruster's. Last month it was great:5?, but today (2:30) the service was terrible. Four employees... but only 2 were working. One that was working was dancing. One not working was walking around with her cell phone and flippingher long hair everywhere. Good ice cream, but lacks customer service. The last three times I went to this location, it seemed as if the staff was annoyed... just to have customers. An example: On Friday, I went through the drive thru around 3:30PM. The guy who took my order had anextremely condescending tone. I ordered rocky road from the menu board and he informed that they were not serving that flavor.As I was deciding on a different flavor he made a sarcastic comment about it being the end of the world that I didn't get theflavor I wanted. I really want to give 5 stars because some of the flavors like graham central station and white chocolate oreo are really good... and taste like a 5 star rating, but I have a quality issue everytime I visit that makes me feel like I just need to stop cominghere. The first incidence was the red velvet ice cream tasting funny like it wasn't churned right or quality was lacking in someway. It was just straight nasty and did not taste like nor have the texture of ice cream. I stopped going for a while thinkingit was maybe just a bad day or batch. But, the other visits were problematic in another way-one included a worm in my ice creamand the other hair. Read more
Very good ice cream, and decent portion sizes for the price.
It was fantastic. The waffle cone strawberry which I got was really good. The girl at the window was friendly and they were... fast. They also kept it neat instead of just throwing everything together and making a mess. I'm definitely going back Read more
I?m not usually one to complain but after having an unpleasant experience at your location I felt like it needed to be brought... to management?s attention. I pulled into your location just a few minutes before your store closed tonight. Due to there being aline in front of me, I didn?t make it to the speaker box until 10 o?clock on the dot. I was then told by your employee over themic that they were closed and couldn?t serve me. When I asked for clarification, I did not get any further response but couldhear them on the mic. After trying multiple times to get someone to respond back to me with no luck, I pulled around to thewindow and was told by two different employees that they would not serve me due to the fact that I did not make it to thespeaker in time. While I understand your employees are ready to go home, as a former Bruster?s employee, I know this is not howthe company handles business and probably not expect your employees to respond to the their last customer of the night. As aregular at your store, I can?t say that I will be back after the terrible attitudes I received from your employees and lack ofcare to their customers. What your employees did not know is that I was stopping by for a ?pick me up? after a bad day andunfortunately this experience was the nail in the coffin. Read more
