Extremelyyyy slow service most ppl visiting this location is on lunch break and having to wait 18 +minutes to get a catfish... plate is ridiculous , the food is good but I?m sure there is a lot of business and money lost bc of the slow service and theservers they Always seem to be so exhausted and lazy.. Everything about this place is great with 2 exceptions. The servers are not well trained and they are slow. The other problem is... the restrooms. They NEED to be stripped to the walls and replace everything. The toilets are so old with accumulated corrosionthat they cannot be cleaned effectively. The toilet in the handicap stall leaks a steady stream after it?s flushed. The wholeplace needs help. The dining room is almost spotless, a very pleasant dining environment. But the restrooms certainly could usea DEEP CLEANING. Read more
Staff is friendly. They have good fry cooks on staff whenever I go there, food not greasy as it is at other Captain D's. I would... have given 5 stars if fountain drink dispenser where one could access for refills instead of having to go back and bother thecounter staff when busy. Read more
Usually food is good and right I ordered the shrimp platter more fried shrimp tails than shrimp I was on my way to work so I... didn't go back.
