I have gone to this place twice in a 3 day grace period. First time I just thought maybe we caught the staff off guard. Dirty... plates was near the clean plates, tons of pickles was on the floor at the buffet line it wasn't hardly any pizza on the buffetline. So today 10/23/22 after baseball practice my kids wanted to go back. Same nasty restaurant. This time they had paperplates barely any pizza, filthy. This place isn?t being cleaned properly. I know they aren't cleaning it because the same nastyas windows from Thursday night after the game are the same way this Sunday afternoon. The drink station smells like mildewcarpet or spoiled milk. They have a container with old drink lingering at the drink station. Thursday and Sunday. Thursday nighti had to stop a kid. He had dipped his cup in the dirty drink container thinking it was good drink. Thursday nor today did theyhave ice. Read more
We use to come here regularly years ago back when the workers would come by and get your plates and clean the tables. This time... we came around 1 on a Sunday and there were maybe 20 people in the restaurant. There were not many options of pizza and the icemachine was broken. They could have let us know that before we paid for our meals that we would be drinking drinks without ice.Also the 3 workers that were in here were constantly on the run and seemed to be trying to put out pizzas but overall, I wasdisappointed in CiCis Pizza in Opelika. The pizza was never getting replenished until customers complained. They had run out of pasta and it took a very long time to... get that replenished! The employees were busy filling boxes with pizza. (Perhaps a large delivery order), which is fine, butdon't ignore customers dining in! The drink machine was a mess! It was hard to find a tabled that had been cleaned off! Usually, I don't have problems like this, perhaps is was just a bad day, but if it happens again, I will be going somewhere else. Read more
I have visited this location twice in the past month. Both times the lobby and the restroom was not clean!! The manager did not... tell us the ice maker was broken until after we paid for our food. The pizza choices wasn't not much, and kids running wild andeating off the bar. Management did not seem to care, condiment and cup stand was filthy and smelly. I will not return this placeis nasty. This Cici's isn't great but it isn't horrible either. I think it has room for improvement, but overall the food is good and the... service is decent. Parking is a little difficult but it's in an easy to find location. Read more
I would give this place a 0 star if I could due to this guy who works there named JED. He got a nasty attitude and was really... rude to myself and my husband. There were others in the restaurant at the time including children! This place has wentcompletely downhill since the owner stopped coming in daily and looking over the place. The buffet items were all dried out andthere were only 4 pizzas to choose from at the time. My husband asked where the pepperoni pizza was to a lady there and shesnapped with an attitude and said all you have to do is ask.... When there are over 15 people in a restaurant where its buffetstyle there should be a variety to choose from and not just based on the request. This is horrible and I will NOT be back untilI see the owners vehicle to tell him in person my experience as well! TOTAL SCAM!!! 0 points for customer service. I never eat or ordered from cics pizza. The menue is so blank. I asked for stuffed... crust pizza. He said the always a Large. Like I said. MENUE have no review no word about LARGE pizza will be small. It was thelarge pizza box and half was in. I was like. I need to return that.
