Customer service was absolutely horrible. First we pull in, the girl that?s taking the orders is outside on the phone and chit... chatting at another employees car? ok cool! Yet, get in the drive thru line. She tells me that they are out of chicken at 6pm.They only had fingers, I place the order for the 4 piece snack. They didn?t say anything, I drive around and sit in line for 10mins. No one made any attempt to come to the window or acknowledge us being there. Worst experience with any Jack's ever. They are usually a go to in unfamiliar places but this one was terrible. The chicken... bites were so hard and had sat so long they were about the size of a dime. I complained, which I very rarely do anywhere. I wastold that is how they were supposed to be and the kid walked off. Got back out to the car, we had no forks and my wife's chickenfingers made jerky seem tender. I expect more out of Jack's. I went through the drive thru and ordered and after I ordered the person on drive thru never said anything so I sat there for... about 5 minutes wondering if she even got the order. She told me to pull up finally so I did. I got to the window to waitanother 5 mins while watching everyone inside play around and be on their phones. Finally someone comes to the window and says?yes??. I told her I had ordered and she asked what I ordered so that means they never took the order. I ordered a plaincheeseburger. After about another 5 mins I finally got my food and left. I went to check the food when I got home and I hadgotten a regular cheeseburger with everything on it. I ended up throwing it away and pretty much spent money for no reason.Something needs to be done about this. Read more
We got the $4.99 burger and fries special, there was 3 of us, worst hamburger we have ever had. The employee, she said her name... was Lulu, was super friendly. Perhaps the chicken would have been better but those burgers were horrible! Lulu is the reason for4 stars! Food was negative stars! Read more
Diet Coke machine was out of order. There was a sticky note on the top of it not on the front & I went to fill my cup not really... seeing the out of order note & this spit out all over me, the floor counter ect I tried to clean up the mess with napkins. Mychicken box was cold by the time I got to sit down & eat. Staff that look my order was nice though. Read more
