Poor attention to detail (coffee grounds in your coffee). Poor preparation (no coffee ready at a donut shop). Poor consistency... (coffee was way too powerful to be enjoyable). Poor customer service (the dining room is rarely open for business). Poormanagement. When a business has this many issues it time to fire the manager and all the staff that subscribe to manner in whichthat manager manages. A business can?t be this bad at coffee and donuts when they?re immediately next-door to a Starbucks. Let?sdo better. Read more
Kizzie is the manager that helped me with my order. She is the sweetest, kindest lady I?ve ever talked with especially at a... drive-thru window. She has such a friendly smile and just lit up the window. Went out of her way to make my order even betterthan expected. You don?t run across many employees that seem to love their job the way she does. Krispy Kreme is very fortunateto have her on their team!! Read more
Hit or miss here. Some days, there are employees dragging their feet...seeming completely apathetic to their jobs and serving... customers. On other days, there are friendly cashiers and attendants at the drive thru booth. As for the donuts themselves, Ihave yet to experience fresh, warm original glazed here. Most of the donuts here tasted heavily of old grease/oil. Read more
I'm in the mood for a sweet treat and coffee. I look up Krispy Kreme on Google and it shows that the dine in is open until 11... pm. Well I get there and it's drive thru only and they're almost out of everything I ask for even though they advertise thatthis is the time for hot and fresh. Read more
Horrible service. Went to get my parents some chocolate donuts bc of the ad that said they had them. Got there and was never... greeted. Had to ask if they had any he said nah we don?t have anymore. Went back talking to his buddy. Had to ask if they weregonna make anymore and he said ?huh? and I had to repeat myself and he just said no and went back talk to his friend! Great for hot chocolate and donuts but didn't like the service I received. Went to get valentine's day special donuts the other... day. Asked for 4 different varieties but when I got into my car I found couple of same donuts and a variety missing. Also, thevalentine's day special donuts didn't look anything close to their ads or pics (I have shared the pic). Just lazy employees whoHATE working at Kripy Kreme!!!! Read more
Fantastic service-so appreciate the nice you lady working the drive through Sunday Nov 3 2019 around 2pm CST. Obligingly took... care of patrons who were purchasing donuts through the drive through, a car full of young children. This place is convenientlylocated, ample parking, delicious Krispy Kreme donuts, and as mentioned above, excellent staff. Read more
