Waited on food for an hour and twenty minutes, still never got it. Staff said it was not their problem.
If there was an award for Worst Panera Ever, this place would be the front runner by miles. IF you're even able to order your... food (the app will either not work or say their out of everything), it will take two hours and be made incorrectly. You'll alsobe confronted with death glares and attitude if you dare ask where your order is. It's run by a food service company and notPanera, so there's no standard for service or quality. If you still dare to order anything from here, don't say you haven't beenwarned. Read more
I love Panera. I tend to visit one in every city I go to because I can typically expect the same service, same food, same value.... That is not the case here. Every review that says ?hit or miss? is accurate. Sometimes I have a wonderful experience where myfood is exactly as I ordered it. Others the order is so wrong I wonder what exactly they were thinking. For example; I ordered abacon turkey bravo sandwich, requested extra signature sauce, with a large drink. Not only was my sandwich completely void ofsauce, but I was also given a regular size drink when I paid for a large. I went to stand at the front to request it becorrected and no one even stepped foot up front for at least 10 minutes. Finally decided to just leave. Gave them a secondchance today, ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich. They packaged my whole sandwich in 2 separate containers which ended up notsurprising me since they both featured 2 different kinds of chicken and one was missing the onions. Really not worth the hassle,definitely not worth $15 to risk not even getting what you ask for. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because when it is correct,it?s great. Read more
Honestly this place is a hit or miss. Panera is a chain known for their pricey food, so I can't say much about that. However,... they are known for being slow and there are usually a couple mistakes in the order. They sell out of everything really quickly,which is a bummer because it is the only place to get late night food and drinks in the library or nearby. I will say that thetimes they have messed up my order, they are always quick to fix it or remake something. The food tastes the same as otherlocations, but their beverages could use some work. You?re gonna need to bring your own toaster if you want a toasted bagel. They always either forget or it runs through the... toaster so quickly that it?s essentially ineffective. I wouldn?t usually write a review for something so petty but this happenspretty often. Size proportions are different from a regular Panera because everything is to-go. Some of the menu items don?tmatch the online ordering, such as the tea, so heads up. Read more
Today I placed an order 30 minutes before I arrived on campus. When I get there, it?s not ready. They were very busy, so I... understood that. An hour later, my food was finally ready. When I open it, my chicken avocado melt was on toast bread (usuallyis not) was BLACK.. BURNT. I had one small slice of avocado and different chicken than I had before. My soup was cold, and Iwasn?t even given silverware. They gave me an apple instead of bread to go with my soup. I understand they get busy, but it?sabsolutely ridiculous for the quality of food I?m getting compared to the prices they?re charging. I prefer not to drink mysoup.. Read more
As a coffee shop Panera Bread is ok, they can't do 12oz lattes and the espresso they use is nothing special. However, the staff... is still very friendly and recognizes the regulars, they also have a very large selection of pastries and food. Be mindful ofpeak dining hours because the line can get fairly long but it moves pretty quickly and they get food out at a decent rate. Read more
Great place to eat if you enjoy being yelled at by employees, having an incorrect order, waiting obnoxious amounts of time for... your incorrect order, and low quality food. Read more
