Very disappointed! After we were seated, we were given menus which were dirty with dried food on them. When we brought this up... to the waitress she just said she had no control of the menus with no offer to give us clean ones. It was a good thing we hadalready looked up online what we wanted so that we could go ahead & place our order. However, we should have left due to afunky odor in the booth. We thought ok maybe the aroma of the food we would get would cover the odor, It did not which causedour appetites to nearly leave us completely. We were able to get carry out boxes to take the food home with us. Anotherproblem we encountered was that the little computer on the table was turned towards us by waitress to present to us not longafter getting our meal with how much our bill was going to be. My wife had to turn it around to face away from us instead ofhaving it shining brightly in our faces while we were trying to at least eat a few bites of our food. In other ways the waitressdid a good job checking on us, etc. We also noticed that the seats across from us were torn with holes in them. This RedLobster needs many improvements made. The food was great and much more on the plate than I expected. Great value for the price! I didn’t enjoy the salad, it was... just chopped romaine, diced tomatoes and to many onions and croutons. Ranch dressing was vinegar based, croutons tasted old.Service was fantastic! Read more
A little celebration after selling our house. We enjoyed our evening, and had great service. Update- celebrating our... anniversary. A little disappointed that corporate decided to take certain items (Mariners Feast) off of menu and reduced therange of items on the lunch menu. Read more
food was great and I loved our waitress! hated the fact that I paid 30$/person for it to be a daycare combo and I got to hear... not one, but two of the employees babies crying and couldn't even use the restroom without hearing about how the kid threw it'sdiaper at one of the servers. gross! just hope that didn't come into contact with either of our plates ???? The food was great but they are VERY short staffed! Which made our wait longer than I expected.
Customer service was good and the atmosphere was stiff; speak back, it's ok. ??????????????? The salmon dish was Wonderful but... when it came to the lobster tail, it was rubbery (you can see that it was cooked too long) but descent enough! We didn't want tomentioned anything to cause a scene by sending the dish back (crab leg was good)! 3.5?? Read more
I would give less if able. When I requested a table we were told they were only available in the back. After being seated we... heard wait staff cursing about us being seated there. After 20 minutes waiting to at least be acknowledged, were passed by 5staff, we left. On the way out informed the host only to be ignored. This used to be a nice Red Lobster to eat at, but withservice, I would hate to see how the food would come out. If you choose to take a meal here, good luck, I think you'd be betterserved across the street at Captain Ds. Read more
