I don?t know why I keep coming back. This is continuously the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly rude... whenever you ask for anything. I?ve spent multiple times in the drive thru sitting at the speaker just trying to order for aminimum of 10 minutes. I was there around 2 o clock on a Sunday, and was told to wait to order, not asked. Then when all of thecars in front of me had made it through the drive thru, we waited for five more minutes and still hadn?t been prompted to orderso I politely said ?Excuse me? Will we be able to order soon? I noticed the cars have left the drive thru ahead of us? to whichi the worker rudely responded with ?We TOLD you to wait. There?s a lot going on in here and if you have a problem with that youcan move on.? And this is only one instance of horrible service. I have been asked multiple times to wait at the payment windowwhenever there?s a rush, and I get basically forgotten about. I have worked multiple drive thrus for fast food restaurants, andI know that they can be challenging, especially when there?s a rush. However, the things I?ve dealt with at this Taco Bell havebeen problems I never ever had working at understaffed fast food restaurants. The workers here are just genuinely rude and haveno care for efficiency. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs and spend the extra ten minutes driving to the one on South Collegeinstead. Read more
The food is pretty good, but the wait is terrible. Sometimes sitting stationary in line for 20 minutes while there isn?t a... single car going up to the drive-thru window. Great location for students who aren?t in a hurry, lol. Read more
Go to one of the other Taco Bell's around Auburn. This one sucks. my food was haphazardly thrown together and they forgot the... sauce on one item. The tortilla was soggy on my soft taco. I won't be back to this location. Read more
I?ve been in the drive thru line for nearly an hour. Fast food is meant to be quick and easy and this taco bell provides neither... of those things. We live in Cambridge dormitory, so our vehicles are a 30 minute walk away. This taco bell was closed on a normal day at 1pm and... we knocked on the door just for her to signal us to go through the drive thru. We walked through the drive through, and theywould not serve us because we were not in a vehicle. Worst experience of my life. Read more
Waited for an hour for food while they were putting door dash people in front of regular customers. Ignored us while we were... trying to ask about our order, told us it was being made, we waited at the counter for 30 minutes and then manager tried to tellus they had already put our food out while we were literally standing there waiting. Tried to get our order canceled and thenthey got mad even though we had been waiting for an 1 and 15 at that point. One person in the back diligently working whileothers moved at a snails pace and the manager milled around saying how few people she had working instead of just helping.Walked out and will get our order refunded by credit card dispute. Placed an order online for in store pickup, get there and the doors are locked, so I walked to the drive through window and they... had the audacity to get upset that I walked to the window to get my food. Apparently they were too short staffed to actuallyopen the lobby, but still put orders on the lobby pickup shelf? One of the worst Taco Bells I have ever been to. Employees completely ignoring requests from customers. I was part of a line of... 10 or more people just waiting on their drink cup, and the guy behind the counter was just ignoring everyone who asked forthem. Additionally, they do not make food like you ask for it, it's sloppy, not fully wrapped, and tossed into the bag. Thisplace is going downhill very fast.
