I came by one evening before work & I walked up the counter.... The manger looked at me and turnt back around and started... shoving fries in a box... So I stood there like 2 more minutes the manager looked at me again but never made an effort to cometake my order... I wanted to be rude but I decided to just walk away so as I'm doing that the manger comes from around thecounter only to walk outside with me n start up a conversation with another employee as if I was never in the restaurant tryingto order food...j Read more
The drive thru line moved swiftly and the workers showed great customer service skills.
I have been coming here probably once a week for the last year, year and a half, and they consistently get my order correct.... It's also fresh every time which is really nice! They are so polite and work really hard to make sure you are happy- even whenthey are slammed and the drive thru is around the building. If you can, go inside and sit down and the environment is great!It's also kept really clean and they will come check to make sure everything in your order was up to standards! We stopped by this location and decided to go in to get take-away instead of drive through, It's a good thing because our order... was messed up and the people before us, their order was messed up too. So, their frosty machine was down, the drink machine wasout of all drinks except for diet drinks. The self serve drink machine was nasty with sticky floor and the whole area was nasty.The time was on Sunday afternoon approximately between 3-4p The manager appeared frustrated snapping at the apparently newworkers. As we were leaving, the drive through had about 15 cars waiting to place their order probably not realizing they wereabout to receive confused order too. Read more
