If you have $13 you can get a double whopper meal with cheese. I wasn't hungry so opted for a regular hamburger. It was more the... size of a slider, 1 pickle, no lettuce, no tomatoe and a drop of ketchup. Never again. Read more
Today on June 11th, 2022 at 12:10 pm I entered the Burger King drive through. I’m a big person on customer service I have... managed fast food for three years and now work for the largest health center nationally . I asked the woman in drive through ifwe can have our food fresh! She stated, “ you will have to wait 40 minutes because we have to go look for the food and make itfresh. Not only did you lose customers by pushing them away to go somewhere else I asked myself is that true? I compared it toanother Burger King with the manager and she simply stated it’s a health code violation if you guys are not serving fresh foodwhat are you serving our customers. When I come to this Burger King the food is always old I feel so intimidated to order due tothe lack of service I will be reaching out to the health department because not only is a health code violation you guys wouldnot do this to a mystery shopper either so why not conduct excellent customer service if not you should not being working withcustomers. I don't do fast food often but I felt like a burger and didn't want McDonald's. Tried a couple whopper Jr. at burger king and... they were great....fresh, hot and tasty. Size and price were perfect. Read more
Rude window staff grabbed my money and slammed the window. When i had to yell to get her attention to take the coin part of... payment, it sounded like she used foul language when she slammed the window shut again. I did not get a receipt and the food wascold. Not going back to this franchise. Oh ya, they no longer honor Burger King coupons. Read more
They are one of the few to make a Whopper Jr that tastes as good as the full whopper. Nice!
