Service and food were always excellent! I was in the Auburn area and had to stop at one of my favorite fast food chains. Just had a TERRIBLE experience. They didn?t have half the items on the menu. The fry?s are old and cold! Not even close to being... appetizing, not an exaggeration. I got my sandwich and it was completely smashed with the biscuits being crumbled in pieces.Because they don?t have half the items on menu they tried to substitute my hash browns with fruit cup and charge me extra forit. Terrible service. If I had time I?d absolutely go back and get a refund and never return. Read more
The quality of this Chick-fil-A restaurant is slowly becoming just as good as a random fast food joint like McDonald?s or Burger... King. The quality of their service and the quality of their food is dropping. The chicken in my sandwich this time was flat andstale. Last time they forgot to put a slice of cheese in the deluxe sandwich? How do you forget to put a slice of cheese in adeluxe sandwich?! The time before that our order was missing two items. It?s always something with this Chick-fil-A. The serviceisn?t friendly anymore and it?s clearly just a job for them. The place looks understaffed so maybe it?s time to give them araise so they can provide better customer service and better quality food. Maybe they?ll even tell their friends how much theymake and get some more people in there. I?m pretty sure the owner of this Chick-fil-A can afford it. I don?t ever write these, but I have to state that I do not understand what all the hype is about Chick Fil-A, and why their... lines are a mile long! I ordered tonight and my fries were cold, rubbery, and soggy, my grilled chicken club, was cold, did nothave bacon on it, my cheese was not even melted!! My daughters nuggets were cold, the fruit bowl she got as a side was a joke(8-10) small pieces of not good fruit!! I got a chocolate sundae and the chocolate was not included!! None of this food wasedible, the only thing we were able to enjoy was our sprite and lemonade ! You could not pay me to eat here!! Makes me wonder ifthe employees ever eat out??!!
