Food and service sucked today, went in and read orders off my phone for my co workers, it was obvious the girl was frustrated so... I tried hurrying and mentioned I?ll do my order last I asked for little hot sauce on my bowl and she dropped a full load so fastwith no hesitation. Do you know how that?s going to feel coming out? I LOVE the sofritas. I love quesadillas here and the burrito bowls are great too. I think they?re short staff, but the workers... do their best. Wait time can be pretty long which is why I order through the app. I recommend coming here if you crave a goodquesadilla. Read more
If you want to never have veggies, or guacamole and basically have a rice bean and corn salad for $14.00 then this is the place... for you. Also should mention this is the 5th time my order has been wrong or have left because they hadn't cooked veggies yetfor 12 pm lunch rush..... ???? Read more

This location is always out of fajita veggies. When questioned about it they say they don't have the staff to supply this... ingredient that is on their menu. What!? Well, how about lowering your prices if you cannot deliver what you promise? Or,offering a discount because you refuse to offer what all of the other Chipotle stores offer? I ?? Chipotle. Their food is always consistently delicious no matter which location I visit. I never feel weighted down after... eating Chipotle food. Its fresh, healthy, Mexican style food. We waited in a long line only to find out, yet again, no Fajitas. We keep coming here hoping they will have Fajitas. They... never do. Once they run out, they won't make anymore. We are vegan, so this is a great option for us, IF they have veggies. Granite Bay Chipotle has piles of Fajitas, overflowing! It's not like it costs a lot to make Fajitas. If y'all owners ormanagers read this, we hope you will start making more. Until then, we have no incentive to eat here. Read more
