I ordered a make your own pizza costing $29.00+ on the online ordering app. I added a $2.00 tip for the curbside delivery. The... pickup time was to be between 8:01 and 8:11PM The pizza was delivered to my car around 8:25 or 8:26 The pizza must have beensitting in the oven for the extra time as it was burnt and the ingredients on the pie were so dry and almost inedible when I gotit home. Years ago our business was located close to a Domino's in Rocklin. We always enjoyed a tasty pizza from Domino's Thismost recent experience from the Domino's in Auburn has soured me on Domino's for life. Read more
I went in to pick up my order this afternoon & there was only one person working, Lauren. That?s probably why no one was... answering the phone. She never said hello or gave me eye contact. She just stayed behind the counter putting an order together.I walked to the register to wait for someone to help me. I realize she was the only one there & asked her if I could pick up myorder that I had placed. She then walked past me, went to the back, came out with a ball of dough, walked right past me, thenstarted making some thing. I asked her if I could pick up my order that was ready to take and she told me ?NO?. I was befuddledat this point & told her I?d like to pick up my order that I already paid for and then she told me she could deny my service andcancel my order. Again, I said I had already paid for my order I just want to pick it up. I asked her if there was a manager andshe said she was the manager. I do blame dominoes for not having enough workers. I?m sorry, but she was a terrible manager. Andas a small business owner myself. I would never treat anybody the way she treated me. No more Domino?s purchased from us! Read more
