My son and I were up in the Auburn area and decided that we needed a little "pick me up". We stopped at the Dutch Bros located... in the Staples parking lot (by Burgers & Cream) and he let out a huge sigh because the line was "sooo long" on both sides .. Itold him to just wait and see and of course the staff never dissapoint... we ordered our favorite "Unicorns Blood" Dutch Sodas,paid the gal at our car window while waiting (SO CONVENIENT!) and went through to the window to grab our drinks all within 10minutes... so fast for being probably to 10th car in line and the same long line at the other window... we always love pullingup to the window and seeing how happy and friendly the staff is !! Always upbeat with engaging conversation. Generally seem like happy folks, maybe it's all the caffeine ??????? Tons of delicious... drink combos, not much in the way of snacks of food items. Bring back lavender sweetener why give up something that works in your ice teas and it goes great in your aniolater drinks... please don't give up thinks that work you all are God's in drinks keep up the great work also your employees who make the drinksare awesome give them a bonus or a better raise like 20$ hr there worth it. "If it's too loud, you are too old" I'm too old to yell over shi**y music to get a good coffee. They do have good coffee though... and that's the dilemma to Dutch or not to Dutch. I'm just too old, mostly I go to quieter places. However, late hours andconvenience has there place with Dutch. Paying $7.25 for a cup full of ice, not to mention a $1 tip you are coerced to pay before getting your coffee so $8.25. This was my first time trying Dutch Brothers and I wasn't impressed. One of the employees approached my car to take my order. I... couldn't see the board, so I asked for a recommendation. She could not suggest an iced drink that I would enjoy. I ordered aiced skinny vanilla latte, that I normally order from their competitors. There was a line of 3 cars in front of me. Which Ifigured would go steady since they took my order ahead of time. Nope, I waited for 20 minutes to get to the window, where thebarista asked me what I ordered. When I told her my order, they started to make my drink. What was the point of me orderingahead of time, for them to make the drink when I reached the window?!?
