They have the best salads! The portion sizes are huge and the options are plenty. I almost always have to eat my salad in two... sittings. They got a bit of a rough patch with customer service this last year, but seem to have dialed it innow. Shrinkflation has taken place here. Had a tiny scoop of hummus for the veggie wrap. Bummer. The food here is good. That?s about it. The pricing is absurd and the staff are always so rude.
Great salads.. poor staff. I went in to eat in and all of the tables were scattered about with the chairs the same. Sat down... and the table was sticky and had food on it. Looked for a clean table and each of them had food and smeared stuff on them. There were at least 3 people I saw working including the apparent manager, a young lady, who was sitting at the end tableworking on a computer. I took the salad to go (since he offered it to me that way, even though I had not indicated I wanted itto go) and stopped and said "Can I make a suggestion?" She looked at me without saying anything, and I tried to be polite andsaid "You really should clean the tables here, this is pretty funky" She didn't even continue looking at me and looked down ather papers, never saying a thing.. I?ve been to Garden of Eat?n multiple times but for some odd reason, they stop serving customers 15 minutes before closing time... (at least at this one location), which means, they are actually CLOSED at 6:45pm, rather than 7:00pm as started in their hourslisted. A bit disappointed. Read more

Very rude teenage or young adult girls working today..... As a business owner I understand how upsetting it can be getting 1... star reviews and its really disappointing to write this since it has long been a favorite place... When I asked to watch my foodbeing made as I've done for 10 years I was told no I had to order and pay first up front.... literally said (NO ORDER HERE) AndYOU CAN NOT ADD ANYTHING on the line... Um ok I don't think that's going to work for me esp being I pay upwards of 30 dollarsfor my salads because I want what I want... I used to eat here every Wednesday for lunch, for couple years. They had some staffing changes and quality of food and service... just went down hill. So I stopped eating there. Well it?s been more than a year and I decided to give them another chance. Atfirst everything seemed good. But as I?m sitting there eating my salad, a cockroach climbs on bench. I notify the employee(Ryan, not sure how she spells her name), she comes over with a napkin and removed it. Like no big deal. I was pretty grossedout. Sorry to say I will never eat there again.
