Great service, the late night drives thru guy was super cool, not used to this level of service at fast food, this guy should be... working at Dutch Bros! He really has the customer service skills down pat! I was there for an Uber eats pick up, and asked if Icould place an order for myself as well. He kept the orders separated properly and informed me with bag which order it wasfor. He kept me informed when the order was delayed to get us fresh fries, I honestly wouldn't have realized it was a delaybecause I felt the service was super quick, and yet still hey friendly. Read more
I ordered combo #4, the jumbo jack cheeseburger, fries and coke and should. 1-the jumbo jack- had wilted lettuce and no... cheese, slathered on runny dressing and a patty that was overcooked. 2-the fries- were re-fried and no salt. 3-the coke- wasflat The food was terrible for fast food. Ordered Delivery (UBER) app sent me a message he is on the way, saw him on my street via app and says he arrived. Nope nowhere... on my small street 2nd house on right. (Only 9 houses on street) no communication says on app arrived nope 1/2 hr later wecalled JIBox no answer. Called again. Then got a text admin cancelled driver can not finish/delivery. No explanation. 3rd time this happened !! on top of my orders have been same and never right. All I ask for is no freaking sauce on tacos. Always hasit. They close earlier than time posted. Today was as good as it has been for many years. I've always encountered friendly people working here that have always been nice... and have never gotten my order wrong. Granted I don't come here or any fast food place very often, but having friendly servicewith a correct order is great. We just left Jack in the Box and had the worst experience ever! We go there almost every day. Today a young man took our... order, got it wrong, dropped the bag on the ground, shorted my money and then slammed the glass window on us. This is the thirdday we have had him. He has a major attitude problem. I should also add that he was extremely slow, three cars in line backedout before us! The other day a woman wanted us to sign a receipt for an ATM card! Got the ?Old Fashion Thick Shake? and it was Horrible!! Old Fashion Shakes were thick because it had chucks of Oreo, or... chocolate chips, or just so much ice cream and not enough milk. Jack in the box, just made a super thick nasty something. I ateabout 2 bites and through it out the window. Hey Jack in the box??
