I just spent ~$13 + tax on a cob salad and it was disgusting. Lettuce was wilted and starting to brown. There were only three... pieces of chicken. No avocado. No egg. The salad dressing was bitter. This Auburn location must be under new management orsomething. I have taken out from here a few times in the last four years and was alway happy with what I got although I alwaysfelt the portions were rather small for the cost. I work near by and the last time I came in I ordered a chicken sandwich in the drive thru at a non busy time. I ended up wasting... 25 of my 30 minute lunch break just waiting for the sandwich then by the time I finally got my sandwich and to go back to work Ididn't have time to eat it. Fine things happen. This time I went in and decided to order ahead to not have the same issue. Iwent through the drive thru at the time the app said it would be ready by and was told it was not ready and would not be by thetime I got to the window and was sent to wait in curbside for the order. I had to wait over 20 minutes in curbside for an orderI put in 15 minutes before arriving. Will not be coming back to this terrible place Read more
Holy cow, this Panera location lets me down time and time again. I work nearby and so sometimes go for lunch and sometimes I... swing by before work. Every time I have gone I have had to wait much longer than the time it has said for my order ahead, whichis a problem when you have a timed lunch break. Furthermore they have no idea how to run a drive-through! When they have a largeorder in the drive-through that will take a while to complete, instead of having them go park in curbside and allowing thepeople behind them to go they just make us all sit and wait for the large order! Furthermore I have had to go in several timesbecause they have given me the wrong order! I am not sure what their criteria is for hiring, but they need to rethink it. We used to eat there 2-3 times a week and loved it. Something changed, the bread was stale, the salad was not as green, maybe... just a bad day, getting good help could be the why. A positive was the soup, still good! I will wait awhile before I return! Read more
Always consistently good food! I ordered my lunch a couple of hours ahead of time. However, it wasn't ready and had to wait... 10-15 minutes past the time requested for pick up. Panera is Spanish for bread bowl. It so happens that Panera Bread is famous for their bread bowls and freshly made salads. I've... had both of those items, but this time I was craving a sandwich. The turkey breast sandwich was satisfying and didn't make mefeel weighted down. They make eating healthy in a fast-casual atmosphere possible. They also led the healthy eating revolutionby being the first to list calorie counts on the menu. This could be a good lunch date spot. Grab some healthy grub and get toknow each other on the patio. Ordered Mediterranean sandwich and it was mostly bread. Way too thick for the amount of filling (sparse) between the slices.... Good flavor though. At least 5 dirty tables, not wiped down.
