Years later update: Seems like they changed owners again. It's even worse. A/C is broken and they have a portacool in the back... side room blowing hot air around with no water. The c02 system is down, so no soda, no draft beer, just bottled. The pizza isnow no longer even as good. Was dead empty on a Friday evening. Just close it down. --------- Originally just rated, butsince you responded and asked.... This place has steadily gone down hill since Brown sold the location. I was being generouswith the 3 star review. Consistency, store cleanliness, and customer service are your biggest issues at this location. Foryour lunch buffets, have a pizza ready when the time starts. If I show up when the buffet starts, I shouldn't have to watch inbewilderment while the burnout looking employees with their long dirty hair flopping around take 20 minutes to make a basicpizza and get it into the oven. Then take just as long as it takes to cook to go from the cut station to the buffet warmer. Thathas been a repeat occurrence. 1 hour lunch, 35 minutes to see food. Not a risk to take again and again. It was dead inside bothtimes. Multiple times now, I have called in an order, was told 15 minutes, get there in 20, and it isn't even started. 12minutes later is ready, and they made the wrong size(medium instead of large). SMH. Manage lady was in on her off time frommedical leave and felt bad for us. Got it free. The floors have been horrendous on many occasions, like they hadn't beenvacuumed in days. What happened to kitchen cleanliness? The floors on the kitchen shouldn't have a weeks worth of toppings onthe floor by 2pm on a Wednesday. They didn't look old, just like your employees are wasting tons of product by beingcareless. Stopped in for a pie after baseball down the road. Nothing to write home about but its hard to dislike pizza. Cold glasses for... drinks is a well received touch on a hot day and as we were the ONLY people in the place we got our pie quick and hot.Definitely not the level of commitment I remember from my childhood but that's pretty standard now it seems... Big name pizza in a small town for a long time. Best salad bar in town. Pizza is consistent and good.
It was absolutely disgustingly hot and their salad is old and pink, red sticky sauce stuck all over the sodas as well. very... disappointed with this location. figure your stuff out or don’t be open. Read more
I had a bad problem with the order that I ordered on 6/3/2022, I brought it to the managers attention (Joann) on 6/21/2022 She... replaced my order (No questions asked) She made my pizza per Round Table Policy-weighing out each topping, it was the best pizzaI’ve tasted , since I worked for round table in 1986 at la riviera dr. Sacramento. We ordered the gluten free veggie pizza. It's like dried crumbly cake with cheese. The pizza was cold, tasteless and inedible.... We threw it away. Complete waste of $16. Wish I had seen other reviews before we ordered. This place needs to be closed. Read more
