Kind of western and casual. We got the Texas Mule, fried pickles, and a pulled pork sandwich. The drink was decent. The pickles... were amazing, and the sandwich was decent as well. I would come back to try something different on the menu. The onion ringswere also really good. Wow, where to start? The feel when you walk in is almost walking into a Texas BBQ joint. They were crazy busy, yet our drink... orders were taken quickly. Our app came out super fast. The fries pickles are off the hook. Then the food came. All the portionswere large enough for left overs. Yes we took them and ate them the next day. I had their play on an open face roast beef.Except it was not roast beef. It was Garlic Mash potatoes, 3 pieces of bread, brisket, covered in an amazing brown gravy. Stopped by on a Sunday road trip & was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the brisket dinner and a half rack dinner. Portions were... huge.... the two sides that come with the dinner came out on a separate dinner plate and there wasn't room for an extra Frenchfry. Service was great. Nice moderate prices. Yum! The place is dated, but clean. We were a larger group. Service was great! Drinks were never empty! Food was served... hot. Steak was cooked perfect! I love the beans and beer batter fries. All in all, a great eating experience! Read more
I've been here so many times over the years. I've had great food with mediocre service. I've had good food with mediocre... service. Today I got mediocre food with mediocre service. Not one staff was member friendly. I wasn't greeted. When taking mycheck to the register, she rang me up without a single word. Not even a 'goodbye' or empty 'have a nice day'. There seemed to beplenty of staff and the restaurant only had a few tables occupied. I went in at 10 am. When my waitress came by for my order sheasked me what I wanted and didn't write anything down. At first, I was impressed. When I received my order, It wasn't right. Ididn't complain. I just won't return. I do like the kitschy decor and I understand that people are human and make mistakes. Iabhor bad customer service. I've received poor service every time I've dined here. Place has the bbq vibe and staff were friendly. Saddly the reason for the rating is the food was just blah. Everything needed... more seasoning from the ribs, chicken, and pulled pork. The frys were ho hum but the onion rings were the one item l that wasspot on. The Mac and cheese was also just bland. Be clear nothing was bad and portion sizes were fine. Sierra grill is always good! Dependable food and service. I've never had a bad time there and I go pretty often. Whether it's... for breakfast or brunch or dinner or after dinner drinks and a game of pool, it's always nice! Even mother's day brunch with 20people, they have a back room they will set up on the fly for larger parties (reservations are preferred for big parties I'msure though) Read more
