When this location first opened, I would have given it 10 stars: friendly service, orders were always correct and fast. But in... the last few months, something has drastically changed. The attitude of the workers is not necessarily bad, but no longerfriendly. I have received at least 5 incorrect orders (missing items, burgers missing bacon, etc) and on the two times I havebeen close enough to go back for correction I have not even gotten so much as an apology--on one occasion I was even treatedwith thinly veiled suspicion! When the food is correct, it is still better than most fast food available. The app is pretty goodand I use it every time. But I always check my order before I leave now. Read more
I've been to this new location twice. I've gotten the wrong food twice. I understand there's a learning curve, but come on... On... this occasion, I ordered only two items: a sandwich and a chocolate frosty. I got the right sandwich, but the wrong ice cream.Last time was worse. Wow, this new Wendy's has failed. You would think that as a new location the food would be properly cooked. But now my second... time at this location and the fries were extremely undercooked and soggy. The fried chicken patties were extremely thin (notjuicy or tender) and the service wasn't friendly. Simple place to get a good burger, or chicken sandwich. I get the Asiago ranch chicken sandwich or a Dave's single. Both are... delicious with fresh tomatoes and fresh lettuce. Follow it up with a desert of a frosti or fresh baked cookie. Again, simple andgood. Fries just as good as that golden arches place. Read more
