Went last night with my husband to dinner. Clean restaurant, clean restroom, greated kindly and happily buy the cashier middle... age man. His attitude and attention are not something you come by often. He was cheerful and happy to be helping us. Kept usupdated on when our food was coming and chit chatted with us. He was very pleasant and I will be back just because of him. Foodwas perfect and prompt maybe 10 15 mins which I expected from those yummy fresh wings.. There was plenty to go around. Read more
Restaurant was as clean as anyone could ask for. The gentlemen helping us-John greeted us, and had a really positive attitude,... and was knowledgeable on the many combos, and options. They have the coca-cola freestyle machine...anywhere a can get a cherrymello Yello is a plus in my book. John even treated my wife, and I to a seasonal flavor(hot honey) we would not have picked as asample right after we sat down. The food came sooner than we were told. The rest of the staff was very helpful...I went back andtipped little extra, as it all exceeded expectation. We will definitely be coming back! Very soon too I'll imagine. Read more
Firstly, I was not happy with how unfriendly the cashier was. He was very quiet and mumbled everything he was saying, and... everytime I asked for clarification he seemed to get more and more annoyed. Secondly, I was extremely unhappy with how my foodturned out. I ordered six wings, and four of them had ZERO sauce. I was hoping there would be some pooled up at the bottom, butthere wasnt any. So I have been to this location quite a few times and it's always been good food but the service hasn't been the greatest. I... guess it's fast food so I don't know what I expect but the manager should be taught how to think outside the box and when thingslike your order of forks doesn't come in they can make the logical decision to go get some forks from the grocery store insteadof letting people order food they can't eat without utensils. I was going to give a lower review but I don't feel the oneinteraction was enough to bash a place that has always given good food. But this is something that should not happen. Read more
Go here at your own risk. The employees clearly don?t care about their job. They would rather be talking and on their phones... than working. They were very rude to another customer who said they had hung up the phone in her because they were ?busy? thebathroom was filthy looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in days. My food took 25 min while my friends took 10 min. I won?t bereturning anytime soon and will encourage others not to as well. Read more
Overall my lunch was great; large serving (enough to be shared), delicious flavors, and prompt service and good customer... service. I ordered online which was convenient, and was told my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up in just shyof 15 minutes and my order was ready. The staff were friendly, and quick to greet me. My meal was delicious, and the amount offood was plenty to share for lunch. I got a few flavors to try out, both were great and I look forward to trying more next time.The fries were okay, a bit soggy for my liking, but had good flavor. The biscuit/bread that was included was super oily. Forabout $15 I got more than enough, delicious food. Much better than KFC or other nearby options for chicken. Read more
